I used Dr. Song as my OBGYN during my pregnancy with my first daughter. His staff is amazing — LOVE his nurse & receptionist — and his office is gorgeous and very clean… that’s where the «being impressed» ends…
Dr. Song rarely listened to my concerns, and seemed more concerned with shutting me up and getting me out of his office most of the time. Usually this meant more prescriptions that were totally unnecessary and trips to the hospital to be monitored when I really could have just stayed home. Normally I would say that to err on the side of caution is a good thing, but in this case, it was to the level of ridiculousness.
As the end of my pregnancy neared, he became less attentive and more pushy. When it came to labor, he forced me into an unnecessary c-​section, and did an awful job with the suture. He was also pretty much useless at the post-​maternity check-​ups, as he was done with me and had gotten all the insurance money he was gonna get.
