The Davis, a Broadstone Community

Moved in 2 months ago & love everything about it! The pool & club house are impressive & luxurious. I’ve gotten nothing but «wows» when guests come over as well. Not to mention the location is literally in the middle of everything. I’ll be here as long as I can

If you are looking to lease here think twice before you do. There are a lot more apartments around that you should look at before. Before you make you way here make sure you have a tape recorder or pen and paper so you can write down everything they say an have them sign it.
I just moved here an it was a very big mistake. Jeff the guy in the front doesn’t know anything. Because of his horrible chose of words I had to pay $ 125 in late fees because I was told it was taking care of until October. That was wrong! I was woken up by pounding on my door on the 8^th to tell me I have until the end of the day to pay the rent! Which remind you I was told I didn’t have to pay anything until October by Jeff. Paper work was never gone over correctly at all it was rushed through an him assuming that I knew things that I didn’t. I was not mad at all about the money but the late fees yes. And of course the management took his side. HORRIBLE!!! Jeff has no Business at all working at apartments he does not know how to communicate at all. Management doesn’t care they just want more money because the apartments aren’t done being built yet. Don’t do it there are way better apartments around this area that would be 10x better.
The only good things they have going is the gym an the pool you can clearly see where the time an money goes.
On top of the lack of Communication with the people in the office … They are unbelievably cheap. Washer and dryer they have to you to rent are from about 15 yrs ago. Your better off renting your own. The people they have cut the grass don’t even clean up behind then cut grass everywhere mind you I had dogs that have to walk right through it. The fact they don’t have a dog park an only one trash to put the waste in is just sad. What’s even worse then that is a 500 non-​refundable fee an we can’t even get more then one trash can for the dogs.
Once again don’t do it every single apartments is 10 times better than the davis.
