VERY friendly service and great food! A little hard to find, but well worth it. Got the Jambalaya. Want to try the chicken and waffle next!

early for a meeting down the street. so I found this place on Unilocal and couldn’t believe my luck — fried chicken and waffles. generous portions, very crispy chicken, and unlimited refills on the sweet tea. can’t believe people miss this place for decent southern food around here.

I don’t even know where to begin. There aren’t a lot of good local restaurants near my work but that has just changed. I stopped by for lunch and was greeted by a very nice lady(I didn’t catch her name) and was seated immediately. I ordered a sweet tea and the soulritto which was highly recommended and for a good reason too. The sweet tea was perfect and the soulritto was phenomenal. The mix of Mac n cheese, candied yams, collard greens and chicken was delicious. Also try the hot sauce on the table. It is so good. I will definitely be stopping by again soon.

Love Pam and Picadilly. We’ve used Picadilly catering for business lunches for over 10 years and they are super friendly and reasonable. Nice can get jambalaya right here in FC!

Pretty good spot to get my soul food fix here in the peninsula. Great local business with a cool vibe. It is a bit hard to find since its a little hole in the wall

LOVE Piccadilly. One of my favorite restaurants in Foster City & easily one of the best restaurants on the Peninsula for Southern Food. This place is totally a hidden gem — it’s located on the SM/FC border near 92 in a business area. They relocated from their other location in the middle of FC a while back & this location is much nicer! Don’t get discouraged when looking for it, because it’s worth it! My favorite is the fried chicken & mac. Always hot, crispy & juicy. That with the vinegary hot sauce, & I’m in heaven. The Mac & Cheese is so good — cheesy & gooey. It’s the right amount of pasta to cheese ratio too — not overly gooey but cheesy enough. Service can be slower, but they are a local, family run business which is hard to find nowadays that I don’t mind. Plus, Pam is always so friendly & warm that it doesn’t feel slow ever! Now I’m totally craving Piccadilly. GO&ENJOY!

The service is way too slow and the food is definitely NOT good. I know I got a salad with fried chicken on it, but the fried chicken was even fried… the batter was falling off and it wasn’t NOT good! The place is also in an odd location. My friend got the waffle and chicken and we have definitely had better. The waffles were thin and cold, the fried chicken was not even that great. The fried chicken at KFC is MUCH better!

I was hoping to find a good local rib place so I tried PIccadilly. The restaurant is in a weird industrial space, but the waitress was friendly and nice. However, I didn’t like the ribs. To me they were dried out, so-so meat quality, and the sauce wasn’t very tasty. Almost like leftovers. I don’t like Armadillo Willies either, but I think they are slight better at 2.5 stars. Unilocal, I’m wondering if several of the 5-star reviews are worded too closely to be authentic? They make use of ALLCAPS and exclamations! in similar patterns. They also mention the name of the cook, which I didn’t see on the menu… how did they know?

Picked up food from here for 3 of my co-workers & myself. Everyone said how great it tastes. Two ordered fried chicken, one ordered catfish. I got ribs. Jumbalaya was good too. They wanna eat here again. Kinda surprised by $ 1 extra charge for to go order. Didn’t see it on the website’s menu. Restaurant in kind of a business area. Not a restaurant/store area. You would never find this place driving around casually. I only found out this place by Unilocaling and glad I did.

OMG!!! I would give 10STARSIF I COULD. This place is fabulous!!! When I saw that it had 5 stars I had to try it. I WASNTDISAPPOINTED!!! Had the chicken & waffles, Mac & cheese & boysenberry cheesecake. My bf had the lasagna. He’s Italian & it impressed the heck out of him. The dynamic duo Latina & Pam will treat you right every time.

This review is for the fried chicken. I’m certain other items are delicious, but I haven’t tried them. It’s the best fried chicken I’ve had in the Bay Area. If you get a chance, you won’t be disappointed. It comes with a bit of corn bread, and I love the Mac & cheese side dish.

Went today and uhhhh… YOUHAVETOBECRAZYTONOTEATHEREEVERYDAY!!! Food, service, price, ambiance, outdoor patio, perfect. To top it off, the 12 o’clock mix comes on live over the radio and who is mixing??? Why that’d be Pam the(prerecorded) mixtress of course! Yea, that’s the same Chef Pam in the kitchen right now creating my amazing Chicken and Waffle! What? WTH? What(hands on head)? Everybody is swaying, smiling. Pam hollaring from the back! Where am I? What is this? Its amazing, that’s what it is. Game over. . I’m dead(collapse).

Only open now for Lunch so I have a day off and this was a must. Been eating here for years but first time at the new location. Love it. Space is much nicer than the old place in FC. Food still as good as ever. So if are in the mood for fried chicken, ribs, fried catfish or just plain olé great soul food this is a must stop place to enjoy yourself. Family run business with Southern charm and great service.

This review is for the restaurant(not catering) Same wonderful service, expanded menu, and delicious food that we have come to know. Just a newer location, nicer interior, and additional menu items! Sweet Tea is delicious with unlimited refills: Warning: it’s pretty sweet. I usually get the fried chicken with jambalaya/collard greens as my sides. This time I got the soulritto. Imagine this: a burrito filled with mac and cheese, fried chicken, collard greens, and sweet potato casserole. Unhealthy, you say? Why bother with southern food if you’re not going to enjoy the deliciousness? Tip: Instead of the mac and cheese, think about getting jambalaya in it’s place. more«natural» feel to the burrito and very, very, very delicious. Quick tips: 1) Moved to what looks like an industrial area. Don’t be fooled, you’re in the right area. 2) Consider jambalaya in your soulritto instead of the mac and cheese 3) Come hungry 4) Plenty of parking in the parking lot
