The staff here at this particular Starbucks are MAGICAL. I’ve seen All of them take time to build relationships with their customers. Jeremy consistently makes me the best drinks every week and Im always encouraged to try new delicious creations, plus he’s an all around great guy! Cecelia is particularly awesome as well!!! I come in every week and always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Thanks guys :) Starbucks needs to keep hiring more staff on like you guys!

I have not had the best experiences with Starbucks lately, but this Starbucks did not add to my poor experiences. The cleanliness and the ambiance of the restaurant in itself was very relaxing. Making the experience however was the cashier that assisted me. The second I walked in the door he greeted me. After that I was slightly unsure of what I wanted to drink because I prefer hot drinks, but the weather was not appropriate for a drink. He helped me decide on an iced drink and it quite possibly is one of the best teas that I’ve ever had. His name was Allan and he seemed to hold a friendly conversation, help me figure out what I wanted to drink, and send me on my way with success. I really appreciate that you took the time to help me and you may have changed my negative perceptions towards Starbucks.

Always friendly and fast! They always prepare my coffee to perfection and my dogs puppuccinos. The only downside is that the parking lot gets extremely crowded, because it’s tiny.

My favorite Starbucks. Always friendly, fast, and efficient. And they’re the best when it comes to mobile orders as well.

This place is consistently bad. The service is terrible and the employees have zero sense of urgency. I officially boycotted Starbucks due to the service at the HB locations. Don’t waste your money or time. Go to winchells across the street or hit Sweet Elle down on Warner and golden west.

Best Starbucks ever! I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over a year now, and it is the most efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The vibe is perfect and every employee is friendly and makes my mornings suck less. They always go the extra mile for my orders, Thank you so much!

I love this place! Yes it gets busy as most coffee places early morning but they are fast and only once got my order wrong but they fixed it right away with no hassle. Great customer service ! I come in here on a weekly basis.

The staff is so nice at this location. Very helpful and friendly! Can you have them train some of your LA and NYC staff?

Wow! I just ordered a grande iced coffee and the barista, Ivy messed up on my order because I can’t have sugar and didn’t request sugar. Anyhow, I made a statement that I cannot have sugar. She was upset for some reason and didn’t offer to make the correction until I informed the cashier. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICEFROMIVY!!!

This location is a smaller than the average every day to day Starbucks. Customer service was friendly and professional. Limited seating. Great place for a quick grab and run coffee stop. Not so great for studying or reading. Music is louder than usual. Gets crowded quickly and did seem a BIT understaffed.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There are literally 12 – 15 parking spaces and they are ALWAYS full. It’s on a busy corner so you can’t just circle around and wait for a spot. The store itself is so small. Only room for maybe 3 people in line before you’re crowding the door. Won’t be going to this one anymore!

This place is small and gets really crowded during weekends, line out the door and all. Parking is very limited, so if you’re in a rush and need to grab coffee fast this place isn’t for you. So, why three stars? As crazy as you guys get in here, I commend you for keeping everything in order and your sanity!

Only three people here seem yo know what they’re doing. The rest… Eh, not so much. The drinks we got were below par — blended wrong, i asked for extra caramel for both, they skimped us, the service wasn’t the greatest, we had to yell to hear the other because they had the music blasting too damn loud, etc, etc, etc. Overall, poor experience. And the bandanas and black«war paint»? Who’s idea was that?

Worse location I have gone to yet. So I have been getting matcha water lately as a refresher when I am really feeling down and need a pick me up. I have never spent more than $ 2 at any location ever for this… I don’t know what the formula for it is, but it hasn’t changed at any other place I go to. So this location first of all doesn’t know what sizes I can get. I asked for a trenta and another girl is like tells her since it is a water I cannot get it in that size. I was told at my regular location that it was the same price for both sizes. Second of all this Starbucks doesn’t even know how to ring this drink in. They ask the manager in the back and is told that it is a «custom tea» so that already is at $ 2.65 apparently. She then charges me for the matcha powder and the sweetener. Making this drink like $ 4! I might as well have ordered the damn stupid frappé at this rate! Now I am just really second guessing going to Starbucks if I can’t get the drink I always get for the same price everywhere else. That or I stick to my usual spot in Fountain Valley at Edinger and Brookhurst. At least they know how to treat me right, and know how to not charge me $ 4 for a drink that usually costs me $ 2 less. EDIT: Totally forgot to mention this! So when I went to pick up my drink I asked the girl so I would have been able to get a trenta right… and she is still like no cause it’s only for teas and stuff. I then am like«Well you charged me for a tea, wouldn’t I be able to get it in a larger size then?» She goes on saying that she didn’t know what they rang me up for and then asked and she then looked at me and I didn’t even stay to listen to her reply cause she was wrong. Great service right?

If I could put a negative star I would. I went in yesterday around 4:45 and the woman at the register was so rude. When I asked her about the special coupon I had on my phone she was so mean and her facial expressions showed it. She definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service and hopefully she is corrected by a Manager. If you don’t like customers or answering questions please leave Starbucks. Worst experience because of her. The barista guy was super nice though! Great service. It takes one person a bad seed to make your experience terrible.

Stopped by here on a Friday night on our way down to San Diego, the guy running the whole place by himself was awesome, as he put it «he hates to toot his or horn… But toot»!!! He was busy yet super friendly and made awesome drinks… Wish he worked at the Starbucks down by my house!

This is the typical starbucks coffee shop. There’s not too much to report here. The store is pretty clean and organized. I made a quick stop to get my daughter some passion fruit tea. I had a sip and thought it tasted a lot like cool-aid or fruit punch. Young minds are easily molded to believing slick packaging with a cool name equals an awesome drink. Ha ha ha… So, I could have gotten a similar drink(fruit punch) at costco and a hotdog for half the price($ 1.50)? I’ll stick with my caramel frapachino :-) — — — — — Food = consistently good Seating area = ok. The one table we were sitting at had some messy patrons sitting before we arrived and wasn’t cleaned yet. Service = good & upbeat Restroom = clean
