Darrell Waltrip Subaru

After a good bit of researching the specs of the Subaru Outback and an excellent test drive at another dealership I was sold on the Outback. I came to Darrell Waltrip because they had the exact car I wanted in their stock. Mark, the sales associate that I worked with couldn’t have been more professional. He provided me with another test drive of the car I was actually purchasing. He was very knowlegeable about the car and took his time to show me all of the features. He was pleasant, interesting and easy to work with. I knew when I walked in the dealership that day that if the car I wanted was still in stock that I’d be going home with it. Negotiations on price were fine, the process was just a bit longer than I wanted it to take, but that’s the case with every car that I’ve purchased. The dealership is extremely clean and neat and caters to their clientele. I look forward to my service visits because they have taken the time to create an excellent waiting space for their customers.

Awesome dealership! Radek was our sales guy and her was patient informative and to the point. Wouldn’t normally rate a dealership because it’s usually an unpleasant experience but this place and the people were great!

We have been taking our Legacy here since we moved to Tennessee 3 years ago. The guys are really reliable and friendly, they always do a good job. Never any worries about them pushing unnecessary work. We absolutely love our Subaru and look forward to owning more in the future and bringing them here. Really fast and friendly service. If you live between the Franklin Subaru and the downtown Subaru, come to the Franklin one. The couple times we have been downtown we are always left standing around for at least a half hour or more to even talk to someone, it’s incredibly annoying. At the Franklin dealership, someone is always ready to help you right when you walk in the door!

I’ve been taking my Forester to Darrell Waltrip Subaru for service for 6 years. The service center is great and I’m glad I own a Subaru and can get service here.
They keep up with the scheduled service for me and they really know Subarus, of course. If you schedule larger jobs you can get a loaner, and for shorter jobs, they make sure you know how long you’ll wait and follow up if there’s a significant delay.
They even helped me to get reimbursement for a repair that wasn’t covered under warranty, but should have been. They really look out for their customers.

I had the absolute best car buying experience at DW Subaru! Great staff and vast inventory. The entire staff was genuinely nice. I got an excellent deal too!

I submitted an online inquiry to Darrell Waltrip Subaru and received about 5 or 6 automated emails but not one single reply to my emails or a single answer to my questions.
Their lack of even the most basic service is mind boggling. I refuse to beg any business to take my money. I’m sure the awesome guys over at Jim Reed Subaru appreciate their lack of response!
