Horrible experience, will never step foot in this store again. My husband went in to get his phone replaced because it was defective. A new one was ordered and we were told we would be called when it came in. Waited a week, no call. Called the store and they lied and said they had called. Finally go in to drop the old phone off to get data transferred the next day and we are told it will be done in about an hour. Come back 3 hours later and they tell us the phone has already been picked up. Argue with them some, and then all of the sudden the phone has magically appeared in the managers hand(I think he had put it in his pocket and forget men about it). They have not even begun data transfer. This is when the manager starts to get really rude and defensive instead of apologizing for his error, blaming me for not handing the old phone to the right person and yelling at me. Will never do business here again.

Poor service. Went in last July looking to upgrade data card at home. Tried to sell me a new device. Considered it, but wouldn’t work given my particular requirements so declined to accept it. The device was $ 200. Noticed on the e-Bill I was being charged for it. Called sprint, said the would need to talk to the store and the store would call back within 3 days. After couple of months, nothing heard. Went to the store, said the would looking into it and get back to me within three days. Nothing heard. Still showing on the bill. Recommend never shopping at this store. Still trying to get this off my bill– 3 months have passed. Only now the are telling Sprint the device was delivered to my door. Too bad I can’t do a negative star.

Horrible experience at this place. We had an appointment to get a phone information transfer done and they said«we do not actually do appointments“and we had already made one online. The service was very slow, and we had to repeat the same things many times to the employees for them to understand. We will not be back to this place.

Called Thursday night to say my phone will be in Friday and if I don’t pick it up in four days, they have to send it back. Went in Friday and ended up standing at the counter for an hour for nothing. When I came in, the repair tech had to call Sprint to de-activate my old M7 and activate what is supposed to be the refurbished replacement for my broken M8. I gave him my broken M8 to send back. That took a very long time. Then he handed my the replacement phone I’ve waited more than a month to come in and many hours on the phone to Sprint corporate to scold their store into actually ordering the phone. He asked me to sign into my Google account. The first thing I noticed is the phone is black when I have a gunmetal grey M8. I mention that and the tech just shrugs it off. But it doesn’t matter because then I notice, it’s not even an M8 but a M7! Again, he has no idea how that happened. So at this point I just want to leave and have them call me, if and when the correct phone ever comes in. But, my old M7 I’ve been using whole waiting for repair is deactivated so again, I wait forever while he calls Sprint to get it working again. Besides getting further aggravated, I wasted yet another whole hour in the Sprint store and walked out without my phone. I swear, the Three Stooges could run a better store.

The customer service experience was AWFUL here. I have been here two times and will not go back. The first time was to buy a phone. When I went to pay for the phone using cash I was told there is a $ 5 charge to pay by cash. No charge for using a credit card. My second experience was to have my phone repaired. I dropped it off at 4:30. I was told it would be ready by 6:00. I returned early and it was not ready. I could not wait till 6:00 so I told them to keep it over night and I’d return when they opened the next day. I returned the next day to find out the phone had not been looked at. I needed my phone so I had to wait 45 minutes while the woman ran diagnostics. Being charged for using cash and not following through on a repair… you lost my business.
