While Dr. Lillis is a good physician, it’s his staff that I would rate a negative number. They are the rudest, most inconsiderate bunch of women who will leave you on hold for over 15 mins and then hang up on you more than once. When you call they react to your appointment request as if it’s a bother to make an appointment. Then once in his office I saw one actually taking a picture of a patient and laughing at their clothes, then later saw it posted on facebook. His staff is the worst and I left his practice because of the frustration of dealing with their horrible attitudes.
