Appetizers were good but while we were eating our salad which was way to salty our friend had yelled there’s ants on the table I went to talk to the manager and her face looked like she was shocked she asked would you like to move somwere else we said no we left in a shock would not reccomend this place at all ps there was more than 30

Great place to get a steak. This place had pretty good service but it took a little while to be seated even though it was not that busy and we had a small party. I love the peanuts to snack on while waiting for your food. I recommend this place if you are in Fredericksburg.

I wanted to like this place so bad but I couldn’t. After looking at pictures online and the menu I was excited to try it out for the first time. It was horrible. Our waitress can’t saying she was new which is why she couldn’t answer like literally any of our questions. I was thrown off how she didn’t ID me when I ordered alcohol considering I just turned 21. Our mac and cheese was cold. I took one bite and that’s it. When we got our food we realized we didn’t have silver wear. Our server took forever to come back so we had to flag down someone else to ask for some. She kept forgetting condiments napkins and etc. I wanted to say something SO bad but my boyfriend doesn’t like complaining so I kept my mouth shut. I can’t tell you how many times I sat there with an empty drink. This happened about two months ago. I will not be returning again. Our chicken wings we got as part of the appetizer where you pick three things were so under done it was disgusting. The only good thing about this place is the bread you get before your meals and the baked potato was good and my steak had a lot of pink and I asked for well done

Fast seating, friendly and funny wait staff, and most of the entrees were nice. I ordered the bone-​in ribeye-​flavorful, but lacked essential ingredients like oh — salt. Not under salted. Omitted. A shake or two later, I was happy enough. Brisket nachos? A salt lick. Blech. Fried pickles were just okay. Baby back ribs were really good. My dad and my daughter had them, so I sampled. Wife’s Salmon was ok, but a little dry. Filet and lobster tail was mediocre in flavor and preparation. Stick to basics… I prefer Texas Road House over this place.

First time I’ve been to this restaurant. The server, Marnie, was excellent: observant, polite, even funny. She was able to handle the orders of our 14 person group with ease! She is definitely 5 Stars!
The food, on the other hand, rates much, much lower. Here are some comments:
1. The free peanuts were about equal parts shelled peanuts and peanut shells. Someone on staff needs to occasionally ‘strain out’ the shells. Other places, such as Five Guys must do that, because I’ve rarely encountered a similar situation there.
2. The rolls and butter were good.
3. My cheeseburger was OK, but nothing special. It was accompanied by the standard, not-​so-​great pre-​cut/​pre-​frozen french fries. Meh.
4. My wife got a plate of three mini-​burgers that were so overcooked (she had asked for medium rare) as to have almost been turned into shoe leather.
Honestly, having read the Unilocal reviews before going here, I was expecting much worse. (We wouldn’t have gone at all, except it was a birthday party and we had no input on the location.)
Given the range of Unilocal ratings — from 1 star to 5 stars — it’s pretty clear that this national chain is suffering from a lack of effective management, both at the local and national levels. Rating inconsistencies on this scale indicate that no one has their ‘eyes on the ball’.
We ain’t coming back!

We have been there twice in the past month and will not be back. First visit: Gravy on mashed potatoes was ice cold while the gravy on the Country fried steak was lukewarm. The bathroom looked like a the something from a crack house. Second visit: we had a party of 13 for a birthday party. Got there at 2:30 and the manager was rude and acted like it was a burden to seat us. The place was not full but told us it would be an hour wait. We called Smokey Bones who said come on over we will make room for you! Which they did and we received awesome service. Logan’s at Spotsylvania Mall sucks!

Very good prime rib. Service was good but, patchy. It did not help that we were at the end of the rush.

The food was cold and overly salted. I mean EVERYTHING was salty. The broccoli had a craft single thrown on top and it looked like it sat under a heat lamp for fifteen minutes. Gross.
The chicken fingers were tiny and mostly breaking. The fries were soggy and cold. And it tasted like someone threw salt on everything.
The drinks are 90% mix 5% ice and 5% alcohol. They were also overly sweet and not good. The first beer we ordered they were actually out of and had to retake our orders. Not impressed.
For dessert we ordered the banana cream pie. It was the worst banana cream pie I’ve ever had. It was basically overly sweated banana mouse on crumpled gram crackers with a pile of whip cream and caramel drizzle on top. Disgusting.
Also, the service was unbelievably bad. The waitress even checked her phone while taking our order. She didn’t smile once and was rude. Also, it took forever to get our checks.
So not waste your time with this place.

Am gonna agree with the middle of the road reviews. The onion brew ski was a good combo of crispy and tender! But they need to pay attention to the details

After giving the server our food order, she forgot to order mine. A different server brought the food to the table and I thought mine was coming because we had a party of 5. Approx. 5 minutes later, I had to find our server and ask where my food was. There was no explanation or apology and my food finally arrived when everyone else was almost done. The restaurant was not busy as there were several open tables in our area as well as throughout the restaurant.
Additionally, the bathrooms were dirty and disgusting. There was no offer for compensation for the error or wait. This was a very disappointing experience and I will not be back.

**Warning** stay away from this place unless you like horrible food, service, & facilities! I ordered the chicken fried chicken – it was supposed to be 2 chicken breast, but it was a compressed patty that was like styrofoam with old breading cooked in old grease, served cold. It contained so much salt I could feel it effect my blood pressure. Well, that could have been the hour and half wait or the fact our appetizers never arrived. The bathrooms were filthy and the hostesses had no clue were to seat anyone… overall the worst experience I have had in over 20 years. McDonalds and a gas station bathroom would have been better – no kidding! This was the first time EVER that I did not leave a tip – and I used to wait tables so I get how hard it is… but smoking and joking and not doing your job gets you nothing! It was so bad, next stop is to complete the survey to point out how bad they suck – first time I have ever done that too! Eat anywhere else but here – AWEFUL!

My parents recently went to this location and after they told me about their experience, I felt it necessary to write this so that a server by the name of Richard could be acknowledged for his outstanding service. From what I was told, after being ignored by the originally assigned server for quite some time they were ready to leave. But Richard, having noticed, came over to help serve them despite the fact that they weren’t in his section. I believe my parents have already written a review on the Logans website with the full story but if anyone from Logans Roadhouse reads these messages, please compensate him for his outstanding service. From what I hear, he truly deserves it.

This place has gone downhill *tremendously*. When being shown to our table, we passed a significant number of dirty tables in need of clearing. The hostess couldn’t even seat us at the table she was told to because it too was dirty. Upon opening my silverware, there was what appeared to be dried up cheese remnants clearly visible on the first fork and some other unknown substance on the handle of the second. My entrée came out wrong the first time and although it was correct the second time, I found a hair just a few bites in. Our server was friendly and outgoing, but that doesn’t make up for an overall unclean experience. I mean it when I say I won’t be back.

Went with 3 friends. 2 had different steaks, 1 had fish, 1 had chicken strips. the steaks, and other entees and sides were excellent. drinks were good. server was exceptional can’t remember his name. been there several times and will go back

We recently went to Logan’s in Fredericksburg VA. I got a Budweiser on tap and it tasted like vinegar and salt. I asked for a bud light and they forgot about it. I asked again 20 minutes later and finally brought my beer. Very disruptive and frustrating experience should’ve went to Texas road house.

My wife and I ate here on a Saturday night. Service was just barely adequate. Wait staff never checked and plates piled up on the table and never removed. My wife’s shrimp order was like warm and obviously froZen then reheated. We won’t be back. Too many other better restaurants in the area.

This place has really gone down the hill.
I’ve been here before over a year ago and it was fine. I’ve been to other Logan’s while traveling for work as recent as this past Fall and they were fine too.
But my recent experience was atrocious. Seven of us on a Sunday evening and food came out COLD, not cooked to order and they weren’t even busy. Now I know why.
This place needs new management and a visit from Gordon Ramsey to grill the cook. Till then, go to Outback across the street, they still are doing it right.

They changed the menu. The quality of the food here is not worth the price. I would go to Texas Roadhouse instead, way better food for the same price. Also they stuck us a party of 5 in a 4 person booth. The restaurant was hot and uncomfortable. If I hadn’t bought gift cards at Costco I would have left.

Three of us for lunch and we were hungry. Never been here before. My daughter ordered chili and I ordered fried mushrooms as apps. For meals my wife ordered the sliders, daughter had shrimp skewers and I had the buttermilk fried chicken. Buttermilk chicken was moist, seasoned, and had a perfect coating. The deep fried mushrooms were crisp. The shrimp skewers tasty and the sliders were devoured. Let’s face it, «gourmet» it’s not. Great bar food on a football Sunday. All items came out at once. We didn’t mind and then magic happened… without any word from us the waitress made note of that, told the manager and he came over, apologized and comped the apps. He chatted us up a bit and went on his merry way. Dumbfounded!
Great people, great attitude and very decent chow. Would certainly go back. The crew made this.

Awful, just plain awful! It’s my fault. I’ve seen the reviews and still decide to eat at Logan’s. It’s my first time going to this restaurant. I was very very hungry and I was close to this place.
I ordered their signature Logan’s steak and it is truly the worst steak I’ve eaten in my entire life! It was bland, dry, tough!!! It was really gross… and the Caesar salad was old and dead.
No way I am going to this chain again. You try it and find it out for yourself! What a waste of my money.
