Went there last weekend. Was not a welcoming place. We got tacos, nachos, 2 burritos, 3 waters and one soda. This cost me over $ 40 dollars. I thought it was way to much. The lady said they ran out of receipt paper. She said she could write it out. I said no but I should have said yes because I believe I was overcharged. The food was not great and staff unfriendly. I won’t be back. I would rather go to chipotle or Moe’s. Hope you have a better experience.

If you’re in a rush or don’t feel like waiting for Chipotle, is a good substitute. The rice is really spicy, but with enough sourcream I was fine. Guacamole is a free topping here as it should be. The queso is crazy hot to me, but the chips were wonderfully thick and crisp! There was a faint taste of lime on the cops which confused me, but I kinda liked it. All in all, Chipotle is definitely better, but is a decent sub when you have the craving.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful in his recommendations. The restaurant was clean, which in it self goes a long way. They gave me more food than I could possibly eat. There burritos are huge! I would definitely recommend this location. The food was great and so was the service!

While not as good as Chipotle, Qdoba provides some options not available from their ubiquitous counterpart. First off, their queso is absolutely to die for. Additionally the soups they offer are fantastic as well. While some other reviewers complain about the service, I have never had any issues. Another noteworthy mention is their frequent buyer card. You get one free entrée per 10 purchased. If you go on Wednesday you get double points!

It’s pretty much the same thing as the major food chain restaurant across the street from it. Since the other restaurant is always packed at lunch, the overflow goes to Qudoba. It’s all good for a quicker wait time. The problem I usually have is that the staff do not communicate with each other and you end up with a classic game of telephone for their specials or confusion on their faces when you ask for the missing sauce. One example is that I ask for a ancho chili BBQ burrito with chicken. Once it gets to the sauces, they skip the special sauces and ask what hot/mild/medium sauce I want. I say they skipped the BBQ and they don’t respond. I point at it and all I get is a whisper. It’s as if they deliberately will not allow the sauce if they think you only wanted the regular chicken — and by time it gets to the register, sure enough it’s rung up as regular chicken. I go every now and then. Half the time they get it right. The other half is difficult to get what I asked for.

If you get tacos be prepared for the lady making your food to only fill 2 out of the 3 taco shells with food. This lady was in such a hurry that any item I asked for she would just toss over the tops of the three shells and where ever it landed, it did so. There was no one in line. I also asked for a drink and she rang me up without one. I had to ask again. Be rude and rip me off, there are other places for me to eat.

I really love Qdoba! It has great flavors and some amazing options(i.e. whole wheat tortillas), but the portion size on the tacos is REALLY lacking. One ladle full of chicken for 3 tacos is lacking. They weren’t as meager on the lettuce though.

The food is fairly decent, but the service could use a lot of work. I got the impression that I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. With such lousy service, it’s no surprise that I didn’t see any name tags…

When we walked in there was someone cleaning all of the tables. We were greeted quickly and waited on promptly. I don’t visit Qudoba very often because there isn’t one near my house in Leesburg, VA. However, they rarely disappoint. This restaruant is the in the same category as Moes Southwestern Grill, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Baja Fresh. The food was great(Mexican Gumbo) service was prompt and polite and we were thanked for coming. No complaints!

They did well for a chipotle knockoff. Big burrito and quick line service.

We go after church on Sundays. Kids eat free with adult meals on Sunday so it is a great value. Service is quick and friendly and food is always good.

Charging EXTRA for vegetables on vegetarian nachos is simply running business away to competing restaurants. You don’t get this crap at MOE’S nor any other Mexican restaurant. The ONLY time I go to Qdoba’s is when I get a BOGO coupon and it will be for an item in which I pay the stated price on the menu and NOT contain hidden costs for the exact item I am ordering. What they are doing is sanctioned by corporate which makes the ENTIRE(all) Qdoba franchise restaurants a rippoff unless you say NO, and either exit the restaurant – with money in hand – or order something that they can’t «rob you blind» at the cash register.

It’s OK… similar to Chipotle, but not as good. Disgusting bathroom. I prefer Chipotle!

We’ve ridden past this place a gazillion times, but only stopped in last night for the first time. And I am glad we did! This place is kind of like Moe’s, kind of like Chipotle. Both the pinto beans AND the black beans are vegetarian. Yay! I got a veggie burrito, and they do it assembly-line style, so I just told her what I wanted on it. It was excellent! Their guacamole is REALLY good. We also got some chips and more guac(they give you TONS of chips). We got a kid’s meal, which is a drink(milk, juice, or soda), then the entrée– my kid chose the cheese quesadilla, and then some more chips. My husband got the tortilla soup(which is vegetarian!). They do that assembly-line style, too. He got rice and some corn salsa thrown in. He said it was really good. They also have a vegetarian taco salad, and a couple more items. And SCORE, kids eat free on Sundays!
