I love the crunchy taco supreme. I go there often and get one taco and a senior drink. Costs $ 1.59. I’ve found them to be quick and often very polite. Although Taco Bells all look the same, this one is cleaner than the one near Mary Washington.

It took them 8 minutes to get me 3 tacos with just meat and cheese thru the drive thru. I watched them empty the trash, fill the sauces, fill the cups, and go outside and smoke a cigarette. The drive thru person didn’t even give me my food. The «cook» ended up handing me the bag with my cold meat tacos in it. Uggggg!

This store needs new management and all staff need retraining. I was excited when this place opened as it is closer to my house. The drive thru takes FOREVER and if you go inside when the drive thru is backed up it takes even longer. The people working there are nice but there is no hustle AT ALL. Hopefully Popeyes next door will do better when it opens.

I’ve been here late at night after work and it hasn’t been to bad. I finally came in this morning to try their new breakfast menu. Me and my wife waited 20 minutes to get our food and they weren’t busy. Staff seemed to have two speeds slow and reverse. After waiting that long for «fast food» our food wasn’t hot or even remotely warm. When we pulled up there wasn’t one car in the drive thru so all of this happened in my opinion on a very slow period. For this to be a weekend and have such poor customer service I probably won’t be back. Glad they built the new one down further on plank

always mess up the orders, waited 25 minutes thru the drive thru all to go into the store anyways bc they forgot something. the taco shells were stale and the soda was flat. save yourself and don’t eat here!
