For a busy Saturday night i received fantastic service this evening at this location! After working all day i got a text inviting me to dinner with my family, so i met up with them. There were dozens of people waiting to be sat, but they already had a table. Our server actually came and found me up front to escort me back to the table! My drink was already there for me and she kept it full all night! She gave me plenty of time to order and was quick with suggestions and the available options when i needed to make a substitution! Having been a server for ten years, i know a good server when i see one, and she did a phenomenal job! Everyone’s food came out perfectly, exactly how we ordered it, and it was dang tasty to boot! I had coconut shrimp and grilled scallops with fries and a baked potato. Even though we took our time eating, and the restaurant was busy, we didn’t feel rushed at all, and the entire visit was highly enjoyable! I believe my servers name was joralyn– a name i had never heard of before her! You definitely want to get her if you ever go because she was awesome! Oh! Also, i loved that the scallops weren’t farm raised, they’re specifically called sea scallops for the simple fact that they’re from the sea! :)

We had a party of 20. Our servers were great. They were patient as we picked out our food. It took us a while with a 20 person party with our many specifications. Wonderful experience.

I have not been to a Red Lobster in years and my daughter wanted seafood after a long day of Christmas shopping. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and were seated right away. We ordered the seafood artichoke dip which was really good and bubbling hot. I ordered the triple shrimp combo which came with shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, and shrimp fettuccini. This was A LOT of food. All were great and fresh. My daughter had the Mac and cheese, fried shrimp and broccoli. She loved hers as well. And of course how can I neglect to comment on the cheddar bay biscuits — SOGOOD! I think we had three baskets worth! Our waitress was great and very attentive.

Love Red lobster as usual. Cassie was great. She served us quickly and everything was exactly right. The food was hot and delicious.

Well we went for the crab fest and was very disappointed. Our crab was completed over cooked to the point that the shell didn’t want to break. The corn was grilled to mush. And our waitress didn’t really check on us or else she would have known sooner. This was it for us. Hubby said he doesn’t want to go back.

This Red Lobster is actually one I look forward to every week. I love oysters on the half and they seem like the only bet in Feeddysburg that has them. When my girl and I go in we head straight for the bar where bartender«KIM» takes great care of us. Her drinks are strong and her service is impeccable. I find myself looking forward to this establishment every week.

My new favorite place for seafood in Fredericksburg. I ordered the wood grilled lobster, salmon and shrimp. It was amazing. The dish came with a salad and 2 sides: potatoes and green beens. My husband ordered the sea side shrimp trio and he loved it. We recommend the lobster crab and other seafood stuffed mushroom. The service was great too!

Good food and good service, but points lost for freezing a few of us under a crazy cold vent in the heart of winter. Here’s a tip: when a customer asks«is the AC on,» you might want to check into it.

What can I say… I am a sucker for Cheddar Bay Biscuits! Our waitress was amazing I wish I remember her name. Our drinks were always filled and the basket of biscuits kept coming fresh. The food is always good when we come… a little pricey but thats understandable being that it is seafood. We had a group of 6 and 3 children and were in and out very happy within an hour during lunch on a sat. We will be back for more of those delicious biscuits! Overall good armosphere good food great service!

Our experience was decent, our server, Tony, was a fantastic waiter. But the food was ok, at best. If you’re looking to have fresh seafood other than lobster, I’d recommend going to Steamers in the village. Overall, the experience was ok though.

For a chain restaurant, I am impressed. The service was impeccable. While the food may have been average, the service definitely made up for it. Portions very generous, I had the Caesar salad, and I must admit that this was a first for me where the Parmesan shavings covered the whole salad, nothing skimpy. Husband had the lobster pizza and he enjoyed every bit. Of course their signature biscuits are definitely a treat.

Not worth waiting an hour without an explanation from your waiter. Thanks for making one of the few date nights I get with my wife feel rushed. Here’s your tip: Try harder next time… wait…there won’t be a next time!

To sum up my review in one word: downhill. The greeting was prompt when my party came through the door. Always appreciated! We barely had time to soak in the romantically dim lighting and the captive lobsters in the glass tank before we were brought to our table. A+ for speed! As we sat waiting for our waiter(how ironic), we were puzzled by the fact that, despite the restaurant’s low attendance at that particular time, several empty tables hadn’t been bussed yet and the floor beside our table looked like an army had marched through with onlookers and well-wishers casting dinner rolls before them. Crumbs and filth all over. Not cool. Within a minute or two, our waiter arrived. He was hospitable, articulate, and was very knowledgeable about the menu offerings. So far, so good. Then something bizarre happened. After we made our order, our waiter, Jason, printed out our bills immediately and asked us to do the survey on the receipt. He asked that we mention him by name and say something good about him. In exchange for this, we were each to receive a free desert. Caring more about the prospect of a free desert than the integrity of Red Lobster’s internal surveys, we accepted. While we waited for the food, we did the surveys and were sure to show Jason that we’d completed them. He was appreciative. The Caesar Salad that I ate was good. It didn’t blow me away and it wasn’t bad, it was what I expect from a good Caesar Salad. Then my entrée arrived. I ordered from their«pick two» menu section(or whatever it was called) and got the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, Flounder stuffed with Crab meat, and a loaded baked potato on the side. The flounder was pretty good, the baked potato was okay, and the Alfredo wasn’t very good at all. In addition to tasting like microwaved leftovers, the shrimps that came in the Alfredo were teeny tiny shrimps that seemed almost too small to go in Shrimp Lo Mein. Very unimpressive, especially for the price point. The meal overall seemed like I could have scooped my food from a low quality buffet line. Refills were brought with… acceptable timeliness, though they could have been quicker considering how few people were eating there.(I could only see one other party eating at the time.) Our entrees were done and the moment of truth had arrived. Would we reap the fruit of our survey-taking labor? Yes! True to his word, he asked us which free deserts we wanted from the menu. I got the Chocolate Chip Cookie Lava Cake(or something along those lines). After he took our desert order, Jason went on to explain that this location had been #1 in the region for survey responses but had recently been surpassed by the Fairfax location. In an effort to once again be King of the Hill, the manager told the waiters to do whatever it takes to get good survey results: give free deserts, etc., etc. Jason claimed that the penalty for failing to receive these highly prized survey results would be a harsh slashing of hours and, consequently, pay. Interesting. It’s nice to know that this business wants to scam and bribe its way into being #1 rather than earn it by cooking better food, vacuuming the floors, cleaning the tables, and everything else that’s expected of a restaurant that wants to stay in business You really can’t complain about a free desert, but, since I technically earned it by taking that bothersome survey, I will complain. The Chocolate Chip Lava Cookie portion of the desert was room temperature with a cold core. I have no doubt that it was completely frozen just minutes before. They must have pressed the wrong button on their microwave, because it didn’t thaw all the way. The whole point of a lava cake-type desert is to have melted chocolate ooze from the center to mix with the cool ice cream. That’s obviously not how this one turned out. A very disappointing end to a lousy and concerning dining experience at what used to be a pretty nice place. At least the Red Lobster cheddar rolls were good!

I had a very nice experience at this location. It was my Moms birthday and this was her first choice. Our server was very nice and took care of us well. I ordered salmon which came out dry and very burnt. The problem was quickly taken care of. The manager explained that they had hired a new cook and she was sorry for the mess up. She cooked a new and larger piece of fish to perfection. Moms dish turned out perfect. We left very full and happy. Customer service is an A+++.

Experience here was OK. Our server was great. Had a smile the whole time, very attentive, fast and friendly. But, the problem was the host. Funny story because there were 3 different hosts/hostess and they weren’t on the same page. Went something like this… First young lady: How many? Me: 2. Second gentlemen: Who is next? Because I have no clue. How many? Me: 2 Third young lady: How many? Me: 2 How many hosts/hostess does it take to run the front of the freakin’ house!!! LOL. Well other than that experience everything was good to go. Right near the Spotsyvania Mall.
