The service is Horrible!!! The owner is rude!!! And he had the nerve to tell us «the only reason I stopped all u can eat salad because I caught people sharing their one plate» wtf is wrong with that! Stick to Round Table!

So, ordered the BBQ chicken with olives, and no olives came on this pizza when my coworker picked it up, she was in a hurry and didn’t think to open the box. anyways. I’ve been to multiple locations, and didn’t even notice this one existed until recently, Its right next to thrift town, but It doesn’t stand out much. The pizza was ok because I was starving, however I’ve had better pizza at the Hayward location. Overall, pizza was ok I might be back to try out the pizza in store, maybe it tastes better fresh.

Real disappointed in this evenings order. Called in for a pick up order consisting of a linguisa sandwich with JUST cheese and onion, but what do I get? EVERYTHING, BUT cheese and onion… i don’t eat mustard, mayo, lettuce and tomato on this sandwich, so thank you whoever prepared it for wasting my money and pissing me off. PLEASE read the order correctly going forward. It was the most simplest of sandwiches to make! Sam, talk to your people. Thanks.

Pizza was good. Didn’t skimp on the toppings. Could use a bit more cheese. A bit expensive. $ 17 for a medium pizza.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Me and my friend decided to go grab two pizza and some wings so we decide to order ahead. We came to the register to meet this blue hair weirdo and we decided to pay separately. One of us had to pay with a debit card and the blue hair weirdo decided to emphasize«this is where you put the amount of tip that you would like to give» when it came to debit card payment but seem quite dissatisfied and bitter after decide not to give a tip too early on. After we got done paying, it had been a total of 35 minute of waiting and still didn’t get our food. We waited another 10 – 15 minute and decide to ask the bum working the bar where our food was. He went to check on it and came back and state«one of the pizza that you order got burnt so they are remaking it» and we said can we at least get the food that is ready. He proceeded to bring out food but the first thing we noticed was that the fries were burnt so bad that you could see dark dark charcoal or burnt looking stains on the fries. We decide to let the long curly hair waiter/cook about the burnt fries and he walked away with them rudely without even offering another one. Once the pizza got done, they brought it out but it wasn’t full cook with the dough still not ready. Worst experience ever since the blue hair b**** decided not to let the cook know that we’re here to pick up the food. We will never ever ever come back and recommend everyone to stay away or proceed with caution or unless you like rude customer service, horrible experience, or overcook and or undercook food. Please keep in mind when visiting this establishment.

GREAT pizza and service. Only Bronco Billy’s pizza I will patron moving forward. The one in Hayward and Niles have horrible service and phone manners. This one exceeds expectations each time I go — and I’m lucky to go every 2 weeks as I have a club meeting there.

Wanted to try this place so we went this last night. There was a line to order. Place was big and clean. Line got big saw a few families leave due to line. We waited a long time for our food. Saw a couple of groups who got there after us get there food before us and all at once. We had to check on ours a few times. It finally came out but not all at once. It took about 40 minutes before we got the wings. 5 minutes later we got our pizza and 5 minutes later we got our bread. We had to ask for plates and napkins. Servers walked by us even as we tried to get their attention. Don’t get me wrong the food is good but the service was disappointing. That’s too bad. I would not recommend due to the non-service. Only person really working hard was the guy at the bar. Mountain Mikes still better tasting pizza than this place.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a food joint as irritated as I left here today. Called in at around 2 to order a pizza for pickup, one topping medium pizza. I planned to pick it up on my way to work and have lunch ready. Well when I got there I was told that he forgot they didn’t have zucchini and since he didn’t take down my number I couldn’t be notified until I got there. The part that really irritated me was that he still wanted to charge me for a pizza that wasn’t what I wanted. It was half cheese, if I wanted cheese I would have ordered cheese! Any other place would have offered to comp the pizza or offer someone thing else for free. Nope. Not here. I was so upset that I drove out there and wasted time and left to work with no lunch. I refused to pay for that pizza and walked out empty handed. Will not be coming back to this location

We ordered pizza from this location instead of the original one in Niles by mistake and boy was that a MISTAKE! The ingredients are different on their signature pizzas; that was disappointing when I first saw the pizza but when I took a bite I discovered that the pizza was very undercooked and doughy. It’s was a far cry from what I consider one of the best pizzas I’ve had(Niles location.) The niles location is always perfectly cooked and piled HIGH with toppings, everything this Fremont location is lacking. We even went out of our way to pick this pizza up because of the assumed quality, because there was no delivery driver. After I called to complain to the manager, he didn’t do much of anything but argue with me. He offed to make a new pizza for us which we would have to pick up AGAIN(which wasn’t an option). NOCREDIT, NOREFUND. You are better off with Little Cesar’s. This is why we have to go to the extreme of filing a dispute though our bank. This pizza is such poor quality we shouldn’t have to pay anything let alone the outrageous price for this garbage. Never ever will patronize this place of businesses ever again. Stay away, far away!

I am absolutely in love with this place! My pizza is always on fleek! My BF and I usually get the Bull Durham and the Chuck’s(half and half). Sometimes we go for the Hawaiian but the pizza is always great!

Not my favorite location but its near my work if I am craving pizza. They have lunch specials here. $ 8.95 for 3 topping slice, soda, and salad. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and sausage to go with tax came out to $ 6.30. Took about 20 minutes from ordering to leaving. The staff here is nice and friendly but this review is solely base on the pizza. Usually at other locations the crust is thick and puffy. The slice I received was like a thin crust and really greasy. Toppings were generous but the crust was too thin compared to other Bronco Billy locations. Over cooked and too crispy. This place does have a bar and tvs to watch games. Also heads up doing noon there is a rush of students from a near by school. This location does a special for the kids slice of pizza and can of soda. Wonder if I can get the student special?

Food was OK, but 0 for service. This place is definitely not kid friendly!!! I gave my daughter four quarters so she could play on the game machines they have. As luck would have it, one of the machines took her money($ 0.50) and didn’t work. She approached the manager who came out and dislodged the quarters for her. Up to that, I have to say that’s fair. After that, another child went up to the same machine and it worked. Seeing that, my daughter tried the machine again and the machine took her money again and nothing. She went to the manager again. This time, he refused to get her money and told her not to play on it. She came to me for help, so I went and requested for the money back. He then told me that he told her not to play with the machine, but«kids just don’t listen». He then went on to tell me that the store does not own the machines so he has no keys to get the money. After all, it was just $ 0.50, so I decided to let the money issue go. But instead I asked him to put an «out of order» sign so other kids don’t lose their money in there. The manager rolled his eyes at me and got defensive. See, it’s not the $ 0.50. I just think that the whole incident could have been handled in a more courteous way.

I ordered a large 14-inch pepperoni pizza for delivery from Bronco Billys for the first time. The pizza was just meh, two stars at best. In terms of style, it is in essence a Round Table clone. The crust was uniformly thick and the crumb was flat with little signs of oven spring. A puddle of oil formed in the bottom of the box. From my pizza baking experience, that was likely the result of pepperoni with a high fat content. Unfortunately this initial experience didn’t provide any incentive to visit their restaurant and enjoy a pizza with a cold pitcher of beer as I had hoped. The delivery ETA was one hour to one hour and 10 minutes. The pizza arrived in 41 minutes. I live a mile away from the restaurant. If you would like to see an example of a thin crust pizza slice that I baked myself at home, check out the photos on my Unilocal page:

Not all pizzas are created equal. The second I took a bite out of this pizza, I apologized to my debit card, to my stomach, and to myself because nothing was good. Absolutely nothing. I was in the area because I needed to stop by Sugar High Dessert Dispensary and because I needed to watch the game and have dinner. I called to see if they have the game on and sure enough they do so I was excited for solely that reason at first. Located in a sketchy plaza, this place is next to a thrift store. More and more, I became hungry. I like variety so I got a large half Bull Durham and half Tostada Grande. I got my little one a slice of cheese. I didn’t get my glass for iced water until I ask for it. There was a table that was about to be done. Excitedly I assumed my order wouldn’t take long. Boy, don’t ever assume! I worked at Pizza Hut in high school and I have worked at Café Main in Pleasanton so w/that said, a pizza should take about 8 – 12 minutes. Not in this case because I waited nearly 30 minutes. When I came up to ask for its status, I was told it would be out soon. No apologies whatsoever. Phone orders. They were taking care of phone orders. The guy that took my order is the same guy I saw working the pizza production; slow moving and not enthused. Finally. It came out. One bite. I tried the Tostada Grande first which had refried beans, fresh lettuce, fresh tomatoes, olives, ground beef, and cheddar cheese. I recalled the description of the pizza and it failed to have salsa and jalapeños on the side. I then took one bite of the Bull Durham(pepperoni, sausage, salami, linguica, and beef). This pizza is not distributed properly. I saw pepperoni, beef, and sausage, barely sausage though but the salami was scarce and w/barely and sauce, a doughy crust that is incredibly dry and unpleasant, I wished I opted for starvation instead. The crust is terrible. As I was forcing myself to eat whilst trying to enjoy the game, floods of people came in. Some were pickup orders and some were simply dining in. I can’t imagine why people would pay, wait, and eat here. Even if another opportunity opens up and my meal would be compensated, I wouldn’t even go back. A place for kids, a bar, a salad bar, and the option to order by the slice. Which reminds me, Gavin’s slice of cheese was by far the worse. I ate dough more than anything. Pizza remorse. I wasted my calories on this!

Order ahead, I waited twenty minutes for two slices with only a couple pizzas in front of me. Pizza was alright. I like a thick fluffy crust and this was pretty thin, though not quite cracker like. Flavor was flat. Seems like a place kids enjoy, there’s lots of space and a small game room with crane games and air hockey. A soccer team was having their awards dinner when I was here. It’s a pretty big slice for $ 5(see photos) but I’ll stick with making my pizzas at home. Wait staff is friendly and the salad bar looks promising.

A large western themed pizza parlor. Looks bleak from the outside, but upon entering it all changes. The main dining area is on the left, and includes a small bar. Two smaller rooms are to the right, separated from each other by a curtain. An outdoor seating area is in the back. A kids game room, pool table and piano all add nice touches. Tons of western memorabilia hang on the walls, with each wall painted a different color. The place was packed with several groups having parties, and the noise level was high. Although they specialize in pizza, their menu is extensive and includes various sandwiches, burgers and pasta offerings. I ordered a Bronco Burger. It was a twenty minute wait to receive the food. The ground beef was cooked thoroughly and placed on a toasted roll with lettuce, tomato, mustard and mayo and included a bag of Lays potato chips. Instead of Coke or Pepsi, they offer RC Cola which was an interesting surprise. The tables are large, and you have a choice of booth or chair seating. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. There is something for everyone at Bronco Billy’s, and I will definitely come back again.
