Jack In The Box

Horrible service!
Idiots that work here are overpaid morons.

I’ve gone to this jack in the box a few times before and it’s always been fine. Today however, I ordered a chicken pita and it had a funky smell. When I opened it was slightly moldy.

I’ve always wanted to avoid the Jack In the Box in this location simply because of customer service. I went thru the drive-​thru twice and twice I have found that they didn’t put all of what I ordered in the bag.
Tonight, my brother really wanted Jack In the Box. I caved and was too lazy to drive to the one near my old high school so I came here. When I went up to the drive-​thru, the person taking my order without saying hello bluntly said «What do you want to order.» I was tired and exhausted to even say anything to I just ordered what I wanted. He said «I’m sorry I cannot hear you. I had already was talking so loudly that my throat started to hurt. So i repeated and he told me to move forward to the window.
When I paid, the guy gave me the look that he was grossed out by me because of my face. I had done a major surgery 3 weeks ago and am still in recovery. I said «Do you have a problem» he said «No and proceeded to give me my order.
When I came home, i found that the mini churro’s i ordered were half burnt. I was peeved and didn’t want to go back. Instead I called the store and whoever picked up had said «blah blah blah» and then hung up after I explained what happened. No sorry or anything
The only thing that this place is lacking of is workers. They are understaffed and have workers who give customers faces of disgust or rudeness. Never will i go here again

Avoid ordering within the store. Took 15 mins to get a kids meal, value fries and two tacos in the store.
We currently see an older gentleman waiting at the register. He’s been there close to seven minutes without anyone taking his order.
This is a franchise owner problem. It’s too under staffed. The employees are working hard trying to fill all of the orders.

For a Jack In the Box, this location is better than most that I’ve been to in the Bay Area. This location is clean, the staff is nice, and my food came out very quickly. I got a spicy jack and it tasted exactly how I expected. Yay for consistency.

Over all good service staff are friendly I love the fact that the drive true its not so bussy and pack.

Worker who took my order was super rude. When I asked about an item on a menu, he replied saying «what do you mean _​_​_​_​_​_​?» and scoffed at me. Took about 20 min to get my 1 burger and fries. The inside looked really dirty and old, felt kind of gross getting food there.

The place was clean and well maintained except for the rest room. But hey, I wasn’t here for the rest room. I came several times on Friday nights with my wife and most of the time we were the only customers so it kinda felt like I own the place lol. Food was decent, typical fast food burgers. Definitely gonna try their shakes next time.

Not gonna lie, I come here at night when I’m tired and don’t feel like cooking but every time they’re closed. All of their hours are inconsistent except their drive thru, that closes at 11 but if you show up close to 11 they’ve already cleaned and won’t help you. Very irritating… get your shit right JITB, I know you’re better then that!

Easy drive thru location off of Mission, to come by and grab a snack of a shake.
I was on the way home to grab a shake for my mom and drove through the drive thru. Got an Oreo Shake for $ 3 with the car in front of me having some troubles with the staff. Even so, when it was my turn to drive on up I saw the girl was distraught but she was able to keep her calm and stay friendly – props to that!
Anyways, the shake was delicious and I’ll come back to try some of the food next time.

Their burgers are just average and definitely not worth the price. Honestly, I prefer eating at The Habit.

I go hear because is so close to work (across the streat hehe) anyways the drive true is not pack. there service is ok sometimes fast sometime slow it really depends on the day I guess. food is just like any other fast food place. The cashiers are friendly and so far have not made a mistake on my order.

This location is closest to my house and has a drive thru and a nice, quiet, clean dining area. The drive thru line is never really that crowded, which means I get my food really fast.
Like most JITB, the food is made fresh and is warm and/​or crispy when you get it. I love that they serve breakfast any time of the day. My favorites are the sausage breakfast burrito and sandwich. I do wish that the food isn’t as greasy though… Even for fast food, the food here is like extra greasy!
Customer service is usually very good here. I might’ve had one incident where it was off-​putting but for the most part they are very quick and nice about getting you your food.
Hours are shorter than most JITB though. So if I want that breakfast burrito at 1AM, I gotta go to the one near Walmart!

Usually they aren’t bad but my main complaint is they close early. Wtf is the point of having late night munchie meals when the latest you go is maybe 11:30

Writing this review not to express my subjectivity or to give an evaluation of this place, but instead to recognize the integrity of Mr. Ken Keane.
I don’t expect much (i.e. anything) from fast food chain restaurants, so I was quite surprised when my cashier at Jack in the Box told me that I could save nine cents by adding fries to my order.
In absolute terms, saving me nine cents isn’t anything to throw a parade for. But in relative terms, it meant worlds to me, much more than if he had saved me a considerable amount. Ken had nothing to gain from pointing out a marginally better deal; he did it simply because he cared about customer satisfaction. In his words he was «looking out for all of [us].» (He saved me and my party members around a dollar in total)
I usually base my reviews of employees by comparing them to other employees, and also to myself if our roles were reversed. Ken treated me much much better than most cashiers; he acted towards his customers the way I would if I were in his shoes, and for that, I’m invaluably grateful.
Another quote from Mr. Keane: «Just think about Barbie and her boyfriend if you need to remember me.»

I’m not a huge fan of Jack in the box as their burgers are mostly for carnivores and I’m vegetarian. However, I do like some of their sides-​Onion rings/​jalapeño poppers, Seasoned fries, and mozzarella sticks. The dipping sauces that they have are tasty-​totally love their buttermilk ranch dipping along with the bbq dip, and sweet n sour sauce. I recently made a visit here as they offer a free bday treat either the New York Cheesecake or Chocolate cake. I chose the New york cake and it was really good. It was small but pretty good coming from a fast food place. I’ll be back!

Came in for a quick takeout. Didn’t expect the service to be so slow. Seemed that everybody was attending to the drive thru line.
I waited for 5 min at the register before someone came to take my order. Then I had to wait for another 10 min for my food.
Come on! Isn’t it supposed to be a fast food restaurant?

I used to eat regularly at Jack in the Box for several years since it was located right next to my house. I would pick up breakfast from there every morning on my way to work and pick up dinner most nights since they were open late. And yes, I have not died of a heart attack yet. Jack is a old favorite of mine.
I don’t eat there that often anymore but it is still a solid fast food option for me. I had the Sirloin Swiss onion the last time I was there along with mini cookies and my old favorite jalapeño poppers.
The guy who took my order was super nice and said he was recently promoted to shift leader. I wish I remembered his name.

I’m at this location often for my Jack fix, always clean with friendly employees.

Occasionally, I find my self in a strange town at strange hours of the night. I had a meeting in Fremont that ended around 8pm. I was pretty hungry. Hungry enough to eat food from Jack In The Box. I know, whats this world coming to?
I ordered a Jumbo Jack with Cheese. I’m willing to admit it was good. Shockingly good.
One weird thing though. They have a card scanner out side the drive up window but he took my card anyway and scanned it inside. I kind of had a weird invasion of privacy moment.
I later found out that some fast food places do that as a customer service thing to speed up the drive through. Now I don’t feel so weird but at the time I did.
All in all, I don’t have any complaints. I’m glad because I don’t eat this stuff often and if it was bad I would have regretted it. I don’t regret my dinner this night.
