The pizza is nothing great and what’s worse, they’ll send you coupon codes that you can redeem without any difficulty online and after you’ve already paid successfully, they will claim you owe them money when you pick up the pizza because they can’t see the coupon code on their end. And they won’t do it nicely. Save yourself the effort and go somewhere else for your pizza.

Just a decent pizza, nothing more. Salads are questionable wrt. quantity of non-​lettuce ingredients, but were reasonably fresh. Delivery was within the stated window (barely) and the pizza arrived hot enough.

Pizza guys gave me an undercooked classic vegetarian pizza. Was going to call them the same day but it was 10:35 pm. I assumed they were closed since it shows that they close at 10:30 pm on Unilocal.Didn’t even bother to eat the vegetarian.
So I called them tomorrow. I have been with pizza guys with a long time. I love the
Vegetarian pizza but after that long argument with one of their rude employees. I lost respect from pizza guys and was a bit hurt. He was blaming me for not calling on the same day. He just wasn’t listening. I told him upfront that I didn’t want to argue.
The employee kept arguing that they close at 11pm. I know now that you close at 11 pm but it says 10:30pm on Unilocal.It’s ridiculous how people can be so stubborn. I have been with pizza guys for a long time and used to be one of their best customers. My interaction with this male Indian employee made me wish that I was never a loyal customer in the first place.
Pizza guys if this is how you treat your loyal customers then I would rather go somewhere else no matter how good your pizza is. I would rather go somewhere else
Where they would give me a little bit of respect than belittle me and call me a liar.

For the most part I love this place and most of their workers have been exceptional. I did have a recent expierence that hurts my review. I ordered on a weekend and I do not eat pork. I recently got the Chipotle pizza that has bacon and asked to subsitute the bacon for pineapples. IN the past (month or two) this has never been an issue. This guy said no subsitutes.
This is a pizza place, items are not made ore order so this baffles me. Second off, I get there he charged me and I asked for ranch, and he tried to charge me, which is fine but he already took off a topping without putting the value back into my pizza. So I was like okay 1 50 cent ranch for 1 50 cent topping. This guy was yelling about me about how I wanted free things, but he’s the one who is doing the bare minimum. After yelling at me I’m like I still want the ranch and handed him my credit card and he precedes to argue that he can’t charge only 50 cents. Basically telling me to leave. No, that is not acceptable.
That was one negative expierence, however all the other times has been a delight. They never hassles né or rushed me out the store or while putting a phone order

Cheese breadsticks! I picked up a box to bring to a dinner party and they were so delicious. Staff was friendly. Parking plenty (they have reserved spots for customers). Only negative is that they seem to be on the slower side of things. My breadsticks were not ready in the 10 minutes it took me to drive there. However, they came out fresh and super yummy.

Even though this pizza barely has any sauce on it, it’s still probably the best I’ve tried in Fremont. I couldn’t deal with the cheesy garlic bread though, it was a lot of cream sauce covered in cheese — something I might have liked when I was 10 years old but not now.

I don’t understand how anyone can give this pizza place a good review. We got two xlarge pizzas for the price of one. I thought what a great deal; my favorite pizza delivery place costs double. Now I know why I am willing to pay double.

We asked for well done. When my man picked up his first slice, as the lumpy glob of toppings were sliding off, he looked me at me and said «Is it cheese or is it sauce… what is this?»
The second pizza was the Garlic Lovers, which was a bit more done. However, I find it ironic that there was ZERO garlic flavor, in fact there was no flavor whatsoever. So basically I paid $ 37 so I could recook the pizzas and add seasoning.
Pizza Guys… you really need to use the dictionary to look up the meaning of Delight.

Friendly delivery driver, good price, great pizza!
I was really stuck in a bind at 10PM in a Newark motel with no car and no food nearby, and they were basically the only place that still delivered. They saved me from going hungry tonight!
Paid an even $ 20 for a double pepperoni large after tax, delivery, and tip.

I found Pizza guys on Unilocal and gave them a shot, the pizza was good. It was more quality than quantity. And I am ok with that. I must say it was a little on the pricey end, but well worth it. Ill be back

Order placed at 7:25pm, received at 8:49pm. Do I need to say more?

So I placed the order through grub hub at 7:29pm. I called them at 8:25pm to follow up and I was told the ‘driver is on his way’ — which seems to be the stock standard response these days!
I finally get a call from driver at 8:48pm claiming he’d been knocking for 10 mins — LIE. Why? Because I’d hear it! I was right by the door. Funnily — when I pointed out the door bell, he quickly changed his statement that he’d been ringing the door bell too.
Other misses.
1. I clearly stated in my order that I wanted crushed pepper sprinkled on before cooking — not there
2. I clearly asked for crushed pepper sachets to be sent in the box — they sent 3 tiny ones for a large pizza
3. I clearly asked for some oreganos to be sent in the box — not there either
I love my pizza but I hate a cold pizza. This one felt like it was cooked a while ago.
If the order was on time, pizza a tad fresh and no lies — I’d give them a lot more Cuz the pizza actually isn’t bad.
As it is though, I have had way better pizza delivery experiences.

To the delivery driver who came tonight (²⁄₉ at around 7:10pm)… im sorry! I always add the tip to the receipt when the pizza arrives, i rarely carry cash. For whatever reason, there was no receipt to add it to tonight, and having no cash… i left you with no tip. For that im really sorry. You brought everything i needed and a pair of hot pizzas in less time than the website quoted. I didnt catch your name, but if you’re my guy next time, you’ll be getting a double tip! Thanks again for being awesome and understanding… will definitely take care of you next time!
The food… well, the pizza here is awesome, not much else can be said about that. The pizza showed up hot and fresh, plenty of cheese and peppers like i asked, plates, and their free promotional ice cream as well. The wings didnt have any hot sauce, but we had some in the fridge, so no big deal.

This place is great. They have a free 2 liter soda or ice cream free with purchase of $ 15 or more. Can’t go wrong with this place. The works are also very friendly here too. Go pizza guys!

I order from here quite a bit. My usual is the large cheese-​less veggie with extra jalapenos– there’s an online coupon code that gets you a large pizza and an ice cream or soda for $ 15.99 + taxes. It’s never spectacular, but it’s a damn good deal!
Recently I’ve been ordering delivery (not being lazy but recovering from the flu) and going for chicken wings, salads, cheesy bread. I I was actually quite surprised by the salad: it had it all. Croutons, salad dressing, and the fork! And it was good. Cheesy bread: great alternative to pizza in my opinion. The wings: eh. The BBQ was better than the buffalo wings, but they both was sup-​par.
I’m still on a mission to find good wings at a pizza place around here…

Only when I’m desperate for pizza because this place is half a mile away from me. I think we ordered the Tuscan Thin crust last time and the only thing I can remember about not so special pizza is that it was oily and a little bland. There was nothing that was memorable about the pizza. Service is not bad. The person who took our order over the phone was polite the person who delivered our pizza was very friendly.

They always deliver it within 30 mins to my house, even though they promise 45!
The pizza is fast and hot and very tasty.
Once they got one of my custom pizzas wrong however…
The Delivery driver apologized, and called using his own mobile phone to get the correct pizza started top priority.
He told me to keep the wrong pizza and that he would be back asap with the new correct pizza! He did return straight away!
Kudos to the him and all their friendly staff!!!

Stay away. the staff is poorly trained, and rude, and the quality suffers from indifference and lack of attention. .We’ve ordered from Pizza Guys several times in the past few months, using their coupons. If we ordered a regular pizza with no special instructions, the quality is acceptable but nothing special. You get what you pay for.
But tonight, I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce for delivery. When I ordered it, I asked them to double check the order to make sure it had extra sauce on it. He said ‘Sure — I’ll make sure for you.“
It showed up, I paid the driver, and I sat down to eat it. On the first bite, it was clear that there was almost no sauce on it at all! I pulled up cheese from a few other areas to see if I had just bitten into a dry spot, but it was all dry. Very little sauce. I posted photos on Unilocal.
I called to ask to trade it for a correct pizza. After the order taker’s going back and forth with today’s «closer» named «Lucia», he said that she was insisting that the pizza was fine and that they measure their sauce so of course there is not a problem with it.
I told Mr. Order Taker that the only right answer here was «Sorry sir, we made a mistake and will send you a new one.» He told Lucia this, and her reply was to ask if I had eaten the pizza. I replied that yes, of course I had taken a single bite — how else would I know there was not extra sauce?
She told him to tell me that she would not replace the pizza because it had a bite taken out of it. Incredible.
Worst customer service experience with any business in recent memory.

This place was ok for a local neighborhood spot when you wanted cheap and easy pizza (pizza quality was 2.5 to 3 stars, a little undercooked), but if you order during dinner, you better order 2.5 hours early, regardless of what they tell you on the phone or online. I once ordered pizza on a Sunday night at 6:00pm and didn’t get the pizza until after 8:30pm even though I live 2 miles down the street from the place. I called to double check after an hour and a half and the pizza hadn’t even left yet.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they might have been short staffed. Plus, their pizza is decent and they are probably the closest spot to my place.
I gave them a try on a Saturday night ordering at 7:00pm and the pizza didn’t come until 9:30pm.
This would have been a go place for me for delivery food, but when you place an order and are told 45 minutes to 1 hour either via phone or internet and it takes over 2 times as long to get your food, especially when you have people over, then I will never order from you again and will spread the word at the lack of service and inaccurate delivery times. If it will take 2 to 3 hours for delivery, that’s fine, we can adjust — just don’t falsely tell me 45 minutes to an hour and then we’re sitting here watching a game or fight and everyone has already gone home and the event is already over by the time the food arrives.
