Switch and bate at the worst. I received a quote from them for one small area of carpeting and a three piece sectional on line for $ 209. When they called, they said it would be $ 288 as they had to sell it as pkg. and that would be the new price. False advertising as far a I am concerned! I cancelled my appt.

I’m so impressed with the great job they did on my carpets today! Honestly, it had been awhile & the last girl that lived with me was a pig so the carpets were in BAD shape. I didn’t expect much for $ 99 for 2 rooms & a hallway. but holy cow! They got out stains from 2 cleanings ago. My carpets look almost brand spanking new — just in time for my holiday parties. I’m sorry there’s a review that says they dropped the ball. I literally made an online appt Friday & they were here today(Weds). They told me Tues to expect them between 9 – 12. They called at 10 to say there were ½ hour away & showed up right at 10:30. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I am sending this email to let you know about the extremely poor customer service that I received. I thought I would try Sears CArpet & Upholstery CAre to see how I liked it. I needed my carpets done on Monday, March 12th so I scheduled the appt one week in advance. I scheduled a morning appt bet 8 – 12. The day before I received a call telling me that they would be here between 10 — 12… perfect. At 12:15 on the scheduled day, since no one had called me, I called to see where the technician was and was told that the previous job was taking too long and he would be here by 2:00. Hmmm… I was supposed to be at work at 2 but let them know i would be late. I was also told that someone would be calling me before they arrived. At 2:30 I called and spoke to the same girl who said she wasnt sure where the technician was at that moment but she would call me when she finds out what the is the status. I was very upset and told the young lady that this was unacceptable. She explained that the other job was taking much longer than expected and i told her in no uncertain terms that I really didnt care, I had scheduled this appt one week in advance. With no phone call, the technician showed up at 4:00…4:00! By that time I had already called Stanley Steemer who was going to be at my house at 10:00 the next morning and guess what, they arrived at 10:00. This is now two days later, I have not received even one phone call or email from Sears. Wow… you have definitely lost a customer.

they just came in and cleaned my sofa & loveseat. It’s 8 years old and it looks about 1 year old now. Technician did a great job and was super nice. Definitely would use them again.
