This place has the best stuffed chicken wings. The papaya salad is so so. I have not tried the lab yet but I heard it is pretty good. The crab and cheese won ton are hit an miss. The owner is friendly but does not have regular hours. You will just have to go and hope they are open. When they are open, and if they like you, then you can order from the entire menu. If not, then it is limited to what they are willing to serve you. It is a finicky place, but most good places are. Good luck.
