The people that works here are rude. The young kids that works at this restaurant needs to learn how to talk to customers. Plus the foods sucks I will never come back even if the food is free.

Hoisin sauce tasted out of date and sour and a bit sweet. Service was bad. Only one person working. Food tastes really bad. Phở was horrible. One of the customers there found a cockroach in their phở soup. Enough said.

I used to come in a lot because the food was good. But I after awhile I stopped because I found hair is my bowl or bugs who knows what else was in my bowl. Displeased with service as well. A group of girls at the register talking loud about boy problems cussing and nonsense.

1. Customer service suck!!! 2. Thai boat is super sour like someone just squeezed a whole lemon in it. 3. Crispy pork without pepper? 4. I’m very disappointed, they have lost a their taste in cooking for customer.

My husband had purchased some phở from this restaurant and the employee didn’t close the lids tight to the broth so it had spilled in the car. I would recommend this place if you’re not willing to drive all the way to Shaw avenue where the better phở restaurants are located at and just want something just to eat. Customer service was good and the menu was easy to read but the food is just typical and not mind-blowing like I had expected it to be. It was nice and clean inside but there were no customers dining in and I know why because it was freezing in there. Also, there was a dead, fried duck staring at you from the counter. UNCOMFORTABLE!

Iv been here 5 or 6 times and it was a very good place until the last time i was there. I love their spring rolls. They are huge with pork in it and good dipping sauce. I like that they have a phở that has everything you can think about in it, from beef to seafood to fried pork belly which is great in phở. Now the last time i was there, it was like they werent triing. noddles were stuck together, the broth was off, and the meat balls had that old freezer taste. The first few times i was there i would have gave it a 4 but that last time was a 1.

Came on a day that was just to hot! First off, how can you enjoy your food with no air conditioning? I was so excited to try this place but left really disappointed. Order the fried pork, it was ok! Order egg rolls, though it was going to be good since Hmong people make it! It was a fail, it was skinny and looked over wrapped. The phở, ugh! I much better in the Fresno area. To top off the meal, the cook came out to talk to some guys and tried hooking them up with the waitress’s awkward. I decided to try it again. It was just not what I expected. Save your money!

Food is Okay. too much Noodles seem to overload out the broth. Usually call for take outs because there is not much seating, would have to sit to a complete stranger. Oh, still I had ordered, 2 bowls of phở which was the boat special, waiting that took forever!

I really enjoyed this phở restaurant. Phở, in my opinion, in Fresno is not the best to start with. I’m from out of town and live near Little Saigon where Phở dominates on every block. I ordered the Phở King #1 special, and it literally tasted like home made Hmong phở(which is a good thing). The crispy pork with the shrimp really added a touch of home. The broth could use a little bit more seasoning, but the meat is delicious. You can tell they spend time boiling the beef to a nice soft perfection. Definitely would recommend this place if you’re going through Fresno.

Came here and tried the phở king #1 special and it was absolutely delicious. This is not your typical Vietnamese beefy noodle soup. This is more of a Hmong style I think pork broth, with seafood, different cuts of meat, and roasted crackling pork on top. Not your typical noodle soup, but very tasty. It was phở king #1!

Went there for launch after setting up for an event. I wanted to try the place because I heard from others that it was good. The place is fairly small and just opened recently. There was a family of 4 sitting behind us eating their soups and another person who had walked in 15 minutes after us. Finally after sitting for about 5−8minutes or so the waitress came out with a menu. We all ended up getting the Phở King #1 Special which consists of a Beef/Seafood combination w/fried pork belly and a plate of Papaya Salad. I was tempted to try their Fawm Kauv otherwise known as wet rice rolls, but didn’t want to give in to too much temptation. First off they took far too long to bring our soup out. Many many other places that I have gone to in Fresno have never taken as long as they do, esp. when they are not even busy! Once our soup arrived I tasted the broth. Hmm not to bad I like it. I stirred my noodles. OHMYLORDSOMEONESAVEMENOW! They all broke into smithereens!!! EEEK! All four us had noodles that broke into a million pieces. This is by no means an exaggeration. Yes if you wait too long to stir your noodles they will break. Meaning my noodles have been sitting in hot broth far too long. The soup would have been good if the service didn’t suck and if my noodles didn’t break and thus disappear into the broth. Now I didn’t forget the Papaya Salad. It was good I prefer Laos style because Thai style is too light and sweet for me. Well I asked for Medium spicy. I am one to eat a lot of peppers, but holy smokes they made it so spicy that my tongue burned. After eating the papaya salad my tongue was useless. I could no longer taste the soup. It was just hot. Overall I would not return. Broken noodles is like eating pasta without the pasta. :(

This place wasn’t that great. Kudos for the awesome name though. Fried rice was OK, but the Phở was nothing spectacular like the first review states. The inside was a little dirty but your not going to expect much on Kings Canyon. Kind of a let down. :(
