Chin’s Kitchen is best known for their stir fried pork intestines and organs. It’s delicious and you can see your food be prepare and cook in front of you by the chefs. It’s a bit oily so it’s not healthy to eat too much. There’s more varieties such as roasted duck and pork. They’re in the process of expanding the restaurant with bakery, boba, pizza, and many sandwiches!

I recently ordered a roasted pig from them. A friend recommended another place but my girlfriend said she knew the guy and wanted to support his business. I reluctantly say yes. When we got it, it was very salty. Mind you at most parties, the pork is the first to go. There were at least half left over. First and last time.

Chin’s has decent Chinese food for Fresno. The price is great and the food is good; what more can you ask for? They cook authentic Chinese and Americanized food. I had a birthday party for my mom. They were very accommodating and helped plan out the menu. I could special order items they don’t usually have on the menu and cook them per instructions. For instance, we ordered Braised Pork Belly, turned out very tasty. We also ordered some special Chinese veggies that weren’t on the menu. All in all, a good experience.

I’ve never personally eaten inside the restaurant but I’ve catered from them before. It is a small shop and mostly is a catering business more than a restaurant given that I seldom see people eating in there. However, this place is reliable and quite delicious. They’ve gotten my orders the way I like them and had them ready to be picked up by the time that its to be picked up. So what do they cater? They do an awesome roast pig crispy to the bite, roast duck, fried rice(how you like it), stir-fried innards, and much much more. To top it off, for the amount you actually get, it is a great price.
