I’m giving you 1 star for keeping it so cold in here. My daughter and I are freezing. I hate places that don’t consider the customers. My hands are like ice as I’m posting this. Boo to the employees that work here.

Food is ok — I mean if you can find something better I would explore my options first then if nothing fits try this place. A bit pricey for a sandwich

Went here on a Friday night. First time ever trying out their sandwiches. I had a chicken pesto on whole wheat bread. Concept was interesting and seemed family– friendly, considering the children sitting area. Not a fan of deli meats so when I ordered the chicken, I thought it would be actual chicken pieces… Anyways food was yummy but bit pricey.

Always a great experience. I go in at least once a week. Sometimes they are super busy but never had to wait long.

I always receive such terrible service. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. This guy was incredibly rude to me the moment I tried to order and it took him a ridiculous 10 minutes(me being the only customer there) to make my sandwich(no extras either), and most of that time he was not even doing anything. It was very clear that he and other employees did not want to be there, and I do not either now.

I don’t know what’s up with the management at this location. The service is always pretty bad but today I just waited inside for 15 minutes and never saw a single employee. I had to toss my order and walk out.

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I am obsessed with their sandwiches, so unfortunately I have to deal with this issue. A few weeks ago I had walked in to order a sandwich and there was no customers except for an employee eating her lunch at a table. The employee did not even greet me but hesitantly got up from her lunch to take my order and make my sandwich. After she finished making my sandwich she threw it on the counter and that was it. There was no «thank you“or «have a good day». Nothing. I truly felt like I had bothered her. Then this past weekend I had ordered online a sandwich. When I went to pick it up I had to wait for a employee to come out front(about 3 – 4 minutes) and the only reason he did was because a mother and her two daughters came in and I assume he heard them. He took there order first then asked me what I needed. I explained to him that I had ordered online. He looked confused and then checked the printer. He told me it wasn’t supposed be ready until 5:15 which it was only 5:10 at the time. He then continued to make other sandwiches first then eventually got to mine. I am seriously considering to stop eating at this establishment because the staff is horrible.

ordered food to take home. My order was incorrect I did not notice till I arrived home. Horrible customer service. The sandwich was not what I ordered I could not eat what they gave me. Total waste of money. I recommend checking and picking apart your sandwich before you leave. Will not return to this crappy location.

Really nice staff and manager. Fresh and unique sandwiches. I had the Greek wrap and it was good. My daughter loves the big vegetarian selection

The GM was very rude. Wouldn’t allow me to use my birthday coupon and I had my ID on me but once I asked who was over her and the stores number she then said I could use it. I won’t be coming to this one again

I like the idea of a quick sand which shop with the variety of choices to make your preferred choice. But the only complaint is the one worker talking on the cell phone while taking my order which they obviously know not to do

Just opened my pastrami from them that I get all the time and it’s straight out of a thawing tub or whatever they use. I’ve never selected toasted, and it’s always been hot. So by the logic of past experience I assumed this one would be hot yet not toasted too. Turns out the people working were too busy talking to friends lurking about prom to make my $ 8.00 sandwich. Who the hell eats cold pastrami? Not me. It’s hit or miss, order at your own risk, avoid if their friends are hanging out for the free refills because your order will NOT be the priority.

This is by far the most poorly run and staffed Which Wich I’ve ever visited. It is often not clean and there are no friendly greetings. Also, if you get the vegetarian tomato avocado, get it at another location, as this one gives you a tomato sandwich – barely any avocado. The owner at this location needs to worry less about cutting costs and more about upholding the franchise name. For instance, besides the stingy avocado problem, they must conserve stamp ink, as their bags usually are so lightly stamped, that the options are illegible or completely missing. This location also doesn’t partake in the loyalty card program, which should be company-wide. Finally, some of the employees are just unfriendly, and make ordering a bit uncomfortable. Again, having eaten at many of the DFW Which Wiches, it is my experience that this location is by far the worst. The other location in Frisco is better, as is the 121&Custer location. I asked those locations why the difference – it’s because they have a different owner.

I do love me some Which Wich! This location has had its ups and downs, service wise, but has trended up. Like any of their locations, you choose the type of sammich(or salad now) you want, write out your order on the brown bag based on the type of sandwich(turkey, vegetarian, beef, etc.) and then submit it to the sandwich-making team behind the counter. Hubby loves their shakes too! Pros: generally quick service, never received an incorrect order, great location, kiddie area for the youngsters to sit Cons: Not as good about cleaning up during lunch rush — tables may be dirty, crazy-busy on Saturdays I have gone here many a time for a healthier lunch option and will definitely be back!

I’m a vegetarian for the month(maybe longer… let’s see how it goes) and I came here to test out their vegetarian options. I decided to get a black bean patty on wheat and my gosh am I glad I did. I loved every second I spent eating the sandwich. I had a hot slice of pepperjack cheese melted all over that extremely flavorful black bean patty, perfect to make me want to order it over a meat sandwich any day. I wasn’t sure how the patty would taste since this is coming from a fast food type restaurant; however, it was just what I would have wanted to make me want to come back for more. I used to come here all the time for the turkey sandwiches until I all of a sudden stopped liking it, but now I’ve found a new love here. I’ll be back!

In recession times — service and quality are critical. Pros: Fresh bread, good quality meats, location Cons: Smug and arrogant workers. The petty attitude that the employees showed will keep me from going to this location. Twice I have seen where the staff displays this«holy — er than thou» bad attitude. Saw this first hand as they were taking the order of an elderly couple and with me when they kept saying Huh?, What, like… like… There are too many good quality sandwich place where the employees are respectful.

Likes: — Friendly staff — Once you get the hang of it ordering is quick and easy — Tons of options for customizing sandwiches Dislikes: — Online ordering not possible at this location but is possible at most DFW locations. — Small space to move around so not good for groups.

Oh my god… I can’t believe it took me so long to go to a WhichWich. They have so many more options than normal sandwich places, their ingredients are way fresher, and I love that their website allows you to customize your sandwich and then they tell you the nutritional information of YOUR sandwich. It’s so much fun to come in and fill out a brown bag with one of their permanent markers with everything you want, and for those of us who are indecisive you can take as long as you like without being under the pressure of deciding while in line. I’ve heard great things about their cookies and their shakes, but I’m trying to be healthy so I haven’t tried them personally. Definitely a great chain to check out!

Great sandwiches. Usually make it in here once a month. Many different options on meats, cheeses and extras. Great cookies too. Whatever you get make sure you add bacon.

I almost always get the crab sandwich and add avocado. It is sooo good. I only wish they could make it as a panino. I have a press at home, and tried to take one home once, but the bread gets too soggy. Order this sandwich and add the avocado, and you will feel like you are eating at $ 11 sandwich at Tom Colicchio’s ‘WichCraft. So good!
