This is the worst Walmart by far(and we have been to a few). There has been so many times the isles are blocked due to the employees not putting things away. Carts over piled with returns or what not that you can’t get to the thing you need. The employees always seem to have the worst attitude(when you can actually find someone to help you) and the management is NO better. We were there one day when a lady was hit in the head with stuff that fell off the trolleys the employees use to hold things that need to be restocked and the manager actually suggested that it was HER fault for not asking for the help of an employee. IF we have to go to Walmart again we will NOT come back here.

It’s so funny, everybody including my own mom thinks badly of this place! I typically only go there to pick up my prescription but the pharmacy Always(Yes, Always) has it ready on time. Amazing, if you ask me, cause I don’t get that anywhere else. Yesterday, I went with my husband to sporting goods and we purchased two fishing licenses. We had excellent, polite and quick service there, too. Haven’t had a bad experience there yet and the store was very organized to boot. It was swarming with people(college kind) but hey, it’s close to them, so why wouldn’t it be?

I always get really stressed when I come to this Walmart because of the large masses of people. It doesn’t matter what time of day, 4 a.m. or 2 p.m., there is ALWAYS a ton of people. One time, one of the cashiers was an elder lady and she took about 20 minutes to ring up my one item. I think that they are always just understaffed, there are never more then 2 registers open. What I do like about this Walmart is that it has a redbox that is so convenient for college students! As for the environment, it is pretty dirty and cramped, but it has everything that a college student would need and I guess that is all you can ask for of a college town.

«Toto, we’re not in Kansas anymore», guess I am spoiled back in Naples where the rich shop at Walmart. Nothing against the classes but it is very apparent this store especially serves the lower and inter related… if you know what I mean… Put it this way… If you are use to looking at characters from the Deliverance movie, you will enjoy the scenery. Not the most efficiently managed, shelves not very organized. Staff nice but you have to send a search and rescue team to ask for help. Will try to avoid, makes the Dollar store look like Nordstroms.

This is Wal-Mart. One can’t even get through the parking lot and parked before they feel overwhelmed with ridiculousness. Each time I go here I regret it. The parking lot is absolute craziness. People drive the wrong way down the aisles, back out with out looking, walk behind your car while you are backing out and put carts where ever they feel like it. I avoid this parking lot at all costs. I fear driving through here. The store is your typical Wal-Mart before the super center. There is a limited grocery area and when I say limited I mean bowed dinners and frozen pizzas. The cleanliness is not really existent. The store is filled with merchandise including having it in the middle of the aisles. There was an update done recently to move over to the new logo. This is virtually unrecognizable. With this the restrooms were moved to the back of the store. One with think they would be clean since they are new but no, I suggest avoiding at all costs. The only redeeming quality of Wal-Mart is that the prices remain low. They have an ad match guarantee and the will accept all competitor coupons.

This store is absolutely horrible – almost as bad as the one on 13th street. Most items are directed to the college students. Grocery section is very limited – try the convience store for better selction. Fortunately target isclose.

Everything you need to know about this Walmart can be surmised with one phrase:
I DESPISE this Walmart. It’s failures as a store are only exceeded by the Walmart on 13th street which is equally as terrible. I feel that each time I go in there, I need to purchase 2 gallons of antibacterial soap, a kiddie pool to put it in and clothes that have been wrapped in plastic since they got there — it’s that dirty. Do yourself a favor — have your items imported from China, you’d be better off rolling the dice with lead based products than getting tetanus by bumping into someone at Walmart who hasn’t showered in two weeks.

Wow. I just don’t know what to say. I mean, I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at Walmart, mainly relating to their inability to staff enough registers to keep customers flowing quickly out of the store, and their complete disregard of anything resembling a timely restocking. Today was the worst though. Apparently, though I’ve never known them to do it, they had one of those door watcher guys stopping people on their way out and checking receipts. On it’s face, this is insulting on two points. First, it presupposes that everyone stopped could be a shoplifter; and second, it presupposes that Walmart cashiers are too stupid to make sure everything in the cart is rung up. Either way, it is very telling of Walmart’s attitudes toward both its customers and its employees. This new policy is particularly annoying to me, because I really dislike being stuck in Walmart, waiting to get out. Apparently, the door watcher they had there today thinks himself qualified to hand out unsolicited observations to customers. He seemed to have decided that one customer, who was obviously in a hurry, took his receipt back too quickly, and told him that he was being rude to «snatch» it back. The situation quickly escalated into a shouting match in which the customer told the door watcher to mind his own business, and the door watcher claiming that he was«just doing his job» and that the customer had no right to object, or even be annoyed. Another customer jumped into the shouting match on the side of the door watcher(not to get racial, but the other customer was the same race as the door watcher and that was not the same race as the customer he was hassling). The customer, in a hurry, left without resolving the issue. I was astonished. What could the Walmart personnel manager be thinking that would lead to them putting someone like that in a position to interact with customers, much less being hired in the first place? Let me tell you something, I’ve worked in customer service, and I always had broad powers in dealing with customers. This meant that I could do whatever needed to be done up to and including ejecting a belligerent customer. Despite this, I have never, ever talked to a customer in the manner this door watcher did unless the customer was being openly and obviously verbally abusive to me(and there is a huge difference between that and a customer who is just having a bad day or is in a hurry). What I witnessed today was disturbing. I witnessed a Walmart employee picking a fight with a customer. If that is the attitude of Walmart, I think it is time for me to abandon my lazy shopping habits and learn where to get what I need without patronizing Walmart.

Every visit to this store reminds me why I detest WalMart. This store is dirty, cramped, the aisles are usually full of crap thats in the way. The pharmacy(in the 3 or 4 times I tried it) was a gigantic failure. Missed times, lost prescriptions and ‘oh we forgot to pull the refills off the answering machine’ were all encountered. Laurel & Hardy could run a better shop. Parking lot is badly designed, the fixtures worn beyond belief, and the place simply feels ‘dirty’. Once in a while, when I cannot find what I’m looking for elsewhere I venture in here… *sigh* Just walking in the place feels like failure.

Pretty standard as far as Walmart’s go. This one is a little cleaner and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The one downside is I’m always accosted by a solicitor outside. I don’t have a problem with kids selling girlscout cookies, but being approached by the Dove church people hooting and hollering is enough to make me want to go to Target next time.

Upon walking into this place, one immediately feels chaotic. But then again, it is a Walmart. Haha. My friend said that when we were going to school here, this was the most craziest one of all. I wonder how much that has changed. It still looks pretty crazy to me, however. We came here looking for bandaids. My friend had a freak accident with the zipper ripping off two layers of her skin. How the heck does that happen?
