Disappointed. I tried reaching them on phone multiple times. Their website says they are available and walk-​ins are welcome. I decided to drive and they were closed.
I did this on multiple occasions and on asking the lady who works at Raquel’s house she told they have been closed since 3 weeks. So disappointed that I wasted my time, energy and fuel to get there.
Wish they can set up their voicemail and mention they are closed and will let the customers know when they would open. Extremely disappointing.

I love getting my eyebrows threaded over wax/​tweezing so I was really excited to find a place on the island that does it. It’s a nice salon with a lot of service to offer but I only did the threading.
If you have never had threading done before, I would come here! Consuelo did mine, and she was very gentle with the string. I’ve had people really press it into my face before which hurt. Of course, getting hairs yanked out is always going to hurt, but she was very quick. Took 10 minutes. The end product of threading is always so much cleaner than waxing.
I felt like she missed some hairs, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars, because I usually come out of threading with everything super clean, though it wasn’t anything significant. Overall, I was happy!
