Great pizza and friendly service. I prefer to order online using the app because last time I ordered over the phone my order took forever but then again they were understaffed that night.

I have bought pizza there twice in the last few months. It is kinda hidden so I always forget about it. Both times I have been surprised how good the pizza is. I order take out and can relate to the comments about waiting etc. It seems like they have a lot of people working there and it is always seems like a challenge to get rang up. Almost comical.

I was there a few days ago and ordered a large pizza for carryout. I noticed the cashier had dirty finger nails, looked like dirt under nails. I was like good thing pizza is not for me. I paid cash and right away she started making pizza after handling money without washing hands. I was shocked and I should’ve said something. Next time you go in make sure you ask them to wash their hands.

Review based off service:
We received a free pizza flyer for residents in the area and of course we decided to cash it out.
We placed an order over the phone and we spelled our name out letter by letter. It was gonna be done in 15 minutes. We get there and there’s 4 people working, one dine in guest and a guest that was waiting for their order. So everyone has already helped by the time we get there for the fort 10⁄15 minutes we stood at the register with the employees walking by without even acknowledging us. Finally we get a «how may I help you?» So we tell them we placed an order so this employee goes to look for our name. They can’t find it anywhere. Ends up, they got the name wrong but it took them awhile to even tell us or ask us what we ordered so they can go look at their labels.
In other words: not coming back here due to the service, even if it was for free pizza.

Pizza was good, although it was done for a little while and I was in there waiting for my pizza and it took them a while to realize it was me… But I ordered there and they had to know who I was cause no one else came in at that time.
Otherwise, Dominos should reconsider selling parmesan cheese and pepper shakers. It’s not cool.

This pizza shop is very well managed and operated, they been doing a good job with my special orders everytime we order, with either no sauce, or very little sauce, or not to burn the pizza, and there very good at having everything right, and the timing on times when we are just to lazy from a hard days work and have them deliver it, is normal most of the times. And last but not least the quality and taste of the food is always hot and very fresh.

The pizza guy parked in a way that blocked traffic and made it impossible for other people to exit the complex. Not only that but the dipping sauces we paid for weren’t with the order and the order was wrong even though it clearly stated the ingredient that was left out on the box. Horrible service, won’t be ordering from here again. Do yourself a favor and order Pizza Hut.

Wow am amazed on how good this pizza is … we ordered large pepperoni pizza, parmesan bread bites and specialty chicken wings. we loved this pizza it has lots of flavor. we been ordering from pizza hut for a while now and now we are making a move to dominos :)

Very disappointing to charge your customers for cheese/​chili peppers after we pay a delivery fee. That’s like McDonald’s charging for ketchup.
I understand the bottom line but that is ridiculous to do that to your customers.

It was late. At a hotel on business. No car. No restaurant within walking distance. So…
Pizza and salad were delivered quickly. I was even surprised. Pizza w/​pepperoni was good. Salad, the same.
In fact, it was decent for midnight food. But, Domino’s, next time… DON“T FORGET THE FREEKIN NAPKINS.

I’ve been going to this Dominos for years. I’ve never had a problem with my pizza or customer service. The reason why I wanted to write a review on this place is because I made a special request to have my pizza shaped into a heart. They didn’t give me a problem and the guy on the phone was very nice! my pizza was delicious! Thanks for making a loyal customer even more happy:) oh and btw my pizza has never been burned

Pretty awful service and pizza. Had some difficulty ordering the combo advertised in their brochure (they couldn’t find it, had to wait 5 minutes while she asked her coworker). The hotel I work at is NEVER charged for deliveries from any other local pizza joints (since we refer so much business their way), but apparently dominos feels the need to nickel and dime us with a $ 3 delivery charge. As we weren’t expecting the charge, we left a small tip as our coworkers had already pooled the money together. The driver got all pissed off and threw a fit in our hotel lobby. I have worked a gratuity position before. If you aren’t happy with what you get, you bite your tongue. You certainly don’t yell at the guest. The pizza quality was pretty awful (burnt and dry), to top everything off.
We have now thrown away all of our dominos brochures and will not send anymore business their way. Between the poor service and poor food quality, this place SUCKS. Order from Carolina’s instead!
