Top Line Nails

I just left this business from getting my hair and toes done. The girls that work there are always great and work very hard to make the customers happy. I am always very pleased with the job they do, but the owner or manager or whatever you want to call her is a cheap tyrant and a slave driver. These women work there butts off and all she does is go around yelling at them and telling them that they are wasting product and wasting time. This woman is a piece of work just because I don’t speak the language does not mean that I can’t tell what she is yelling at them about. When I tried to pay for the extra product to the manager/​owner she went straight to the poor girl and started yelling at her in front of everyone and took her outside and started yelling at her again. I was beside myself with her actions. This is not the way to run a business and I felt so bad about it I was trying to make sure that the girl was ok and the tyrant kept walking away and saying that she didn’t want to hear what I had to say. They are cheap and its makes me sad for the girls. There is no hot water to wash hair with and they have to keep apologizing for the ice cold water. It’s simply a sad slave driving establishment and I am sure they don’t care. Very sad.

Not sure why they have a huge sign on their window that says «Full Set» $ 14.99 when I had a «full set» done and went to pay and he charged me $ 17.99! Then he tells me they charge $ 1.25 if you use your credit card. What! I’ve been to many nail places and no one has ever charged me that fee. Probably won’t go back plus no one in there were very friendly!

This place has a 2 star rating for a reason. I wish I would have read their Unilocal reveiws BEFORE giving this place a try. Being that it is right around the corner from my new place, I thought I’d give it shot. Bad move. First off, sign in the windows says «manicure and pedicure $ 18». But when I was quoted $ 21 I asked about the price advertised. She told me that they, «don’t have anymore «. Ok… so. $ 21 it is. But to upgrade to a gel manicure is $ 31. I thought sure, why not? Well this woman proceeded to give me the worst manicure and pedicure ever. No polish on the sides of my nails and it was thick and clumpy. My toes looke like they were painted by a child. I paid & left for 10 minutes. After looking at my mani/​pedi in the bright lights at Ross, I called and complained. I was told to come back in and they’d fix them. Thank goodness the second girl did a good job, but what a dreadful waste of my time. Why do they even have that lady working there? I doubt she even has her lisence. I will never go back, doesn’t matter how close they are to my house. I only wish I would have taken pictures to post on here.

Definitely my go to place! Kelly is great & you get what you ask for. Some ladies are rude, but just ignore them.

The atmosphere of the salon is gross, terribly designed, so small & no AC. The prices are low and the gel selection is very good but I will not be coming back from how gross it was, I was not thrilled with the service either. Definitely better salons in the area.

Normally the service is okay when I go here. Not the best but not the worst. They have good prices for gel manicure but today when I went it was horrible. I think it was a 5 minute manicure & then the girl painted my nails with gel. She then put cuticle oil on with no lotion and rubbed my hands for all of 5 seconds. I need to find a new salon !

This place is trash! I went there with my friend to get our nails done my friends nails look so bad she literally wanted to cry they looked like she had them done my a 7 year old.
Before leaving I literally told the lady her nails looked awful and uneven some nails were super peaked like a birds peak and some were just to one side. She then «fixed it «and all the other ladies started to speak Vietnamese (I’m sure talking shit about how I was complaining)
Point is the her nails were horrible!
Mine wast the color or the size I wanted and we payed more than 30 $ dollars for shit service!
PLEASE DON’T COME HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

This place is horrible !!! They r so freaking rude! I went to get my nails done for my wedding with my sister and best friend and I was sitting next to some random girl well I guess that girl had walked out without paying for one of her services and one of the workers started yelling at me to pay for that girls bill because I knew her ! I was so mad I was trying to enjoy my day and I was feeling accused of knowing a random person just because she was sitting next to me ! The second time I went the same lady was upset with me because I only wanted gel and not a full set ! This place is ridiculous ! Never again!

I’ve been there twice and I haven’t had any problems. Yes, it’s very tight when it comes to space but I had the pleasure of meeting Nancy. She’s provided great service to me both times. Nancy was clear on the prices before beginning my pedicure or waxing services. I will be her customer as long as I continue to receive great service. I also like the fact that they use the bowl covers which makes me feel a little more comfortable since cleanliness is a big thing for me since receiving a fungal infection from another nail shop. Thank you, Nancy, for taking care of me.

I’m sad that there’s such poor reviews of this place. I have been here on two different occasions and had great experiences. I think that when you go local nail salons like this you know what to expect. My first experience there I got my eyelashes done and a full set gel manicure done. The nails lasted for a long time. Recently I got my eyelashes and eyebrows done. Anina did an amazing job. It was amazing quality for the price. I am definitely going to be back soon!

got a Brazilian wax & a gel manicure, total was just under $ 50. It was my first wax, and although it hurt it was done really well. It was red, bumpy, and sore for 2 days afterwards but that’s expected. It’s been a week and a half since I went & it looks/​feels great. Nails are a good price & they’ve lasted well.

Omg. There’s nothing I hate more than a lady that is so persistent. When I say no, I mean no lady. She insisted on me getting my eyebrows wax after I’ve reluctantly told her no. I have no clue why on earth I eventually said yes. And my life’s been over since then. She completely removed my arch. Now my eyebrows are so freaking straight that lines are jealous of them. On top of that, she cut me so badly. I’m completely red and swollen. And this took 20 minutes to look this ugly. I’m so pissed!
Yes for pedicure here. No for everything else.

This place SUUUUCKS. If you can’t see from the other reviews. Save your time, money, patience, and poor hands from the rude people that work here. Had a gel fill with white tips on top of acrylic. The lady was on her phone– back and forth between me and the damn thing– the entire time. She went soooo fast, I swear it was light speed. I said she kept drilling my hand and she ignored me. Instead of letting me get up and wash my hands before painting, she roughly scraped a towel over them and poured, what I assume is, alcohol and kept going. I was dissatisfied with the service, attitude, rolling of eyes, and lack of sheer customer service when I left but I thought to leave a tip anyway. THE VERY NEXT DAY the polish started to peel and since it was a holiday weekend I waited until the next business day. I went back in and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to fix them. Flat out was told I couldn’t get one. Ummm these suck and I’m unhappy, money back, please? They said «who helped you?» I pointed to the lady that helped me (apparently always on her damn phone because she didn’t even look up). The lady talking to me said some words to her and she still didn’t look up and said «Not me». I said, «here’s my receipt!!!» The tech that did my nails, said «No, not me. You wrong» I said «Listen, I remember you. Even what you were wearing» and told her. She ARGUED with me until another tech said she remembered and I was right. She rolled her eyes and said «Sit.» And got back on her phone. I said «I don’t want it fixed and have to come back again in 3 days» They said they «guarantee» I won’t have to. I don’t have time, no one does, to deal with a crappy attitude for services I am paying for. I didn’t have time that night so made an appointment for tonight and plan to not show up. Haha. Hopefully no one else goes back here and wastes their time and money, because these are two things OBVIOUSLY you can’t get back from them. That’s my rant for the day. Buyer beware!

Worst nail place to go to! Gone a few times for my toes but today I decided to try them out on my nails. Long story short the lady named MISTY got super mad because I changed my mind on the color and getting gel. She argued with me and even tapped my shoulder roughly twice, that just got me mad. I nicely said don’t touch me. So she finished me quickly. And sprayed my nails with that drying spray they have. Not going there no more! I rather pay expensive and go to a nice big location where they wil pamper me the right way.

Decided to splurge and pamper myself by getting a mani and pedi. Wanted to do acrylic. Biggest waste of $ 50 in my life. I kept telling myself I wouldn’t write a review but I can’t help it.
The lady (forgot her name) who did my nails filed them so much where my cuticles are that my nails looked a week old rather then brand new. It bothered me so I mentioned it to her. She told me that it will not look like that in the end. I left there with my nails looking like it was ready for a refill!
I still tipped her. It has been three days and one of my nails look like they are about to fall off.\
Not happy.

Hands down the worst nail spa I’ve ever been to in Orange County so far. I walked in and was greeted by the little man sitting in the front, I believe his name was Toan on his «license». I walked in because the advertisement for a full set said $ 14.99 as you can see in photo below. Trying to save a little bit of $. When I requested white tips little man quoted 17 $. I agreed, he made the mistake of putting the regular nails. Apparently the full set sign is not for a full set according to little man… False advertisement. He refused to give me a design he denied they had airbrush when clearly they do according to reviews below. He was rushing me out the door after doing the shittiest job. I left without the services I needed. u certainly get what u pay for. Id rather go to happy nails or else where & pay a little more for quality service. This place is crappy, dirty and the ugliest attitudes on the staff, especially little man Toan aka I think «Andy»

I had the absolute worst experience here on Saturday.
Upon arrival, Andy greeted me and pointed to a work station behind him. Sadly someone was walking by and I couldn’t see which nail tech. I walked up to one and nicely asked if she was going to help me. I got nothing. I asked again and she became angry and yelled «sit.» I started regretting visiting this spot even more with everything she said and did.
I told the stupid lady I wanted short acrylics and when she started cutting the nails I said shorter. Instead of cutting the fucking acrylic she forcefully turned my hand around and pointed it at my face as if to show me my nails were short. *rolls eyes* If that’s not enough to not tip her, she continued to blow my mind with her service.
She didn’t not file my nails once glued meaning I have some sharp edges and some round ones, she didn’t let me choose a powder color, she fucked up the gold line I asked for… Oh and she was angry my thumb didn’t fit in the UV thing by itself she damn near fractured my hand when she stood up and shoved my hand in the machine. But that’s still not all, when she shoved my hand in there, she ruined the gel and a little clump set on top of the black tip. I asked her to fix it and she did. She cut the clump off, applied a clear coat and told me to go pay. This BIAATCH was clearly sitting on a super jumbo tampon or fell and had some brain damage because my black tip was half black half scraped with white. I made her fix it, which really just meant a layer of black paint and 10 layers of gel. Needless to say, my thumb nail looks uneven and horrible. Also, I asked for a black tip … Why are my nails navy blue ?! ALSO WHY DID I PAY FOR THIS ?!? This lady needs to take home her nail display hand, please herself with it and hopefully just hopefully she can be less of a miserable hag.
PS. I also brought my niece here before valentine’s day and asked for pink nails with heart design or stickers. They separated me from her, she’s 5 and when they finished my niece walked over with dark purple nails and cat stickers. WTF is wrong with you people here.

Used to come here and this place sucks. Charges you for things you didn’t even ask for… they are rough on you and tries to argue back with you when you say you want something a certain way.
DONT COME. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME LOL

Did not like this salon… First of all they don’t speak English and second of all my cuticles were bleeding when I got home. This was my first time getting my nails done but I’m pretty sure the cuticles aren’t supposed to bleed. Also I asked for gradient glitter and she ended up just painting the top half of my nail glitter instead of fading it. Would not recommend

This place does a poor job. I came in with a picture of what I wanted. Showed the picture multiple times when the technician kept asking me what gel color. I finally said just do what you want because he would not take the existing color powder off nor paint the nails.
