If you have an important medical issue … Please avoid this place. This place deserves 5 stars for DISORGANIZATION!!! Whatever they can screw up they will do it the extra mile!

I was very surprised that people actually recommended this place for 5 stars. It’s a joke. This will be my first and last visit here. I came in ½ hours earlier before my Appointment, and is been more than an hour that I’m still waiting. I did alert the receptionist thinking they may have forgotten me, but they said it should be 10 minutes… LOL

The staff at UMI are great. Gino, the CT technician, was especially kind and reassuring. He gave me an IV injection and I didn’t feel a thing. This is a miracle as I’m a diificult draw… small veins. My own fear was the worst part of it. If I only I had known it was going to be ok, I wouldn’t have been so nervous. I even got in early. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs imaging services. I wish all medical staff could be as good! Their Buena Park office is also excellent.

I took my mother to get a CT scan here and there staff is really friendly and professional. Specifically Gina is a fantastic member of the staff. I had been working with her to get my mother scheduled. They are very thorough. Once we were inside the scan was really quick and only took a few minutes. Overall the experience was painless.
