Switched from ATT! They helped me out getting my plan set up and port in all the numbers, and got the new phones! Excellent customer service! The staffs are very friendly, and professional! I had a software problem on my phone. I was happy to see they were open till 7:00 pm. The girl working here said that she could do a «mini reset». I said I had never heard of a mini reset, but I did not want a factory reset. She assured me it was not a factory reset, and then immediately started it without getting my consent. I was very apprehensive and said«I hope you didn’t do a factory reset». She assured me it was not a factory reset. Yep, it was a factory reset. I lost some downloaded apps, a lot of voicemails and about 2⁄3 of my contacts. Thank you very much NOT. First and last visit to this T-Mobile store.

We are been shopping around lately for cellphone carrier and matching prices then we came across at Tmoble in garden groove and we check out the store and inquire about there services and plan. This is the very first time we are changing our carrier since we started using cellphone. We talk to one of the representative there her name is sylvia she is very helpful and pretty nice. She explained everything to us about the Tmobile plans and services it is very simple and understandble. Customer service is great! The only thing is lacking, the store doesn’t have any cellphone display to choose from and the store needs to order it from other store. Overall service is great! Keep up the good work Sylvia.

My family and I have been Wireless Citi’s customer for years. We did not stick with them because we are loyal to them, we stuck with them because of their services so I introduced many friends and family to them. I’ve browsed around other cellphone places before… some were pretty nice, but not exactly accurate. Other places are just plain rude. They tell me about their promotion yet it’s not very clear. And when my friend goes to such places to ask, they tell them something different! Of course, there is no evidence since… THEYWON’T WRITEITDOWNCLEARLYOREXPLAINCLEARLY. It’s just a game of words with them. All of the stores I went to are T-mobile and i understand that T-mobile is cheaper than other companies and so, the other stores should offer me plans to save me money… but they don’t! They say they will, but I doubt it. I always have to argue and ask more questions simply because they are not clear on their explanations. Then they start ignoring me and giving me rude comments. –_– I like how Wireless Citi is very clear on their promotions and explanations, they write what they say down and are not trying to hide anything. Also, they do not force you or put pressure on you. They have very good deals and promotions as well so I always save money whenever I renew my plan with them instead of losing more money. The employees want to help you save money and get a good deal you are satisfied with. The employees are very funny and nice as well! They answer ALL my questions and help me find a good deal that matches with me!

They try to scam you here. I was looking to get a Mytouch with a new family contract and they said if I wanted to get it, and they said I could only get one free phone instead of a free one for each line. You can talk them into giving you a «discount», but even after the discount, you’re still paying the same amount then if you were going to buy it online. They also liked to brag about their no activation fee for new contracts, but you can get it waived if you sign up online anyway.
