We love I(heart) Boba :) This is our FAVE local boba tea shop — they have a wide variety of drink styles, flavors, and add-ins to satisfy any palate, no matter how exotic. Out usuals are avocado smoothie with boba, Hazelnut cream tea with boba, Lychee fruit smoothie with lychee jellies M and iced coffee with boba. Each are freshly made and delicious :) Today we got an order of beignets — the girls loved them! I want to try the fresh-made Vietnamese rice paper salad. Maybe we will come here soon for lunch! We like that there are several areas for larger groups, where you feel comfortable. We also like that you can visit and still hear one another over the fun music. 5 stars!

I’ve been to this location quite a few times now, and I usually get the avocado smoothie w/boba. The smoothie is creamy and has a nice consistency. I would recommend this place to anybody who is look for an amazing avocado smoothie!

Place is clean Extremely nice counter girl Music not my taste(i am old) Several well put together long black haired gals wearing Short pant suits, sun glasses and platform shoes spoke to me(making me a nervous wreck) which is always nice. Ok back to the smoothie. I mean thats the reason I am here… right? Green Apple with Lychee Poppin Boba was excellent. Under $ 5 bucks.

This boba shop honesty feels more like a club than a boba shop… The interior is dark, flashy, & glittery and the music practically screams in your ear. Aside from that, the boba wasn’t terrible. I’ve had a chocolate slush & the milk tea here and it’s honestly hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it tastes a little watered down with the boba being a little too soft. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stop by here to get some boba, but I usually grab a cup if I’m doing some grocery shopping at Saigon Mall.

I love boba! This is located in the Saigon Mall shopping center. The shop is pretty small but not bad for a boba place. I’ve been here several times and each time was pretty consistent. The boba is a generous portion but the wait time is soooo long. Yes even if it’s not busy it takes a while to get the boba. The quality of the boba has always been good. I love how they use fresh fruit, although you have to double check with them to make sure it’s fresh and not syrup. The fresh fruit boba I usually order is Avacado, blueberries, and honeydew. All have tasted fresh and delicious. The boba is on point. Perfect, soft and chewy consistency, how it should be. And again I love how big the size is. You definitely get your moneys worth. So if you have time give it a try. They also use to have rewards program but recently got rid of it :( They also sell cookies, beignets, and waffles but I haven’t tried it.

Whenever I feel like having something that Boba Heaven doesn’t serve, I can’t help but to get it here, even though they suck. Ever since the new business planned blossomed(or not), from the interior design to the management, things just aren’t the same: 1. You wait so long for a drink, even when they’re not even busy. & a lot of times, they get it wrong. 2. They’ll charge you for something that they currently don’t have, without telling you that they’re out of whatever it is, or simply asking if you want anything else as a replacement. 3. They no longer tell you to put your number in, so I thought they discontinued the promotion, only for them to still have it available. As a side note, I could’ve had a lot of free drinks, if I would’ve known they still had it. 4. The interior design is entirely tacky. It looks like a club environment. The old one, before Teahouse became I Heart Boba was much more suitable. 5. Speaking of club environment, the music unnecessarily loud, & having to shout my order out gets frustrating. My boyfriend & I use to approximately spend $ 20 to $ 30 there every two weeks, but anymore, because Boba Heaven is just around the corner.

Usually they have decent drinks but today their drink caused me to vomit all over myself while driving on the highway. I came back to speak to the manager but the employees claimed that they don’t know how to contact their manager(which has to be a complete lie) and that it was my own fault for throwing up and they could make me another drink, but you see their first drink made me puke so why would I want another one? The mall cop had to come and remove me from the store before the problem could be fixed. Now I have to contact the mall manager to even try to get into contact with the I heart boba manager. I understand poor business from Vietnamese shops since I used to work at one but this is sheer insanity.

The quality of the drinks at this place has definitely gone down over the years. I used to love it a lot, especially because it’s the closest boba shop to my house. It’s a hit or miss — the milk tea can be great one day but overly sweet the next. I enjoy getting Thai tea with ice cream in it. However, the last time I got it, it tasted really bitter with a strong tea taste to it. I had to wait for all the ice and ice cream to melt for it to be drinkable. Also, the prices are pretty high. I ordered two drinks and it came out to be $ 10.

I suddenly have crave for rice paper mixed salad. To my dissapointment, they were out of it. I came in around 6−7p.m, which I kind of understand. There were two girls doing orders. There wasn’t a line nor crowded. So the drinks were made pretty fast. I ordered a jasmine cream tea with pudding. In my opinion, it’s the easiest to try out at a new boba place. It was okay. Nothing special, and I have had better. The pudding tasted a little old in my opinion. Either that, or they simply make it very powdery. Did not enjoy that part. Overall, it was an okay experience. The service was okay. I am not obssesed or anything over this. Although I have to say that this little shop is very nice to hang out with friends.

I almost never come by this side of Saigon Cali mall, mostly because the food court on the opposite side offers more of a variety for snacks and drinks. But, nevertheless, I stopped by after eating phở. Ordered a milk tea with grass jelly and banh trang tron(rice paper salad). Milk tea was ok, not too sweet and perfectly creamy, but was lacking on the tea flavor. The grass jelly was soft and paired well with the drink. Banh trang dish intrigued me because I haven’t seen it around Dallas very much. At $ 5, you get a reasonable sized container. The rice paper wasn’t separated very well, and stuck together forming very thick strips. They were very conservative and stingy with key ingredients, so it was mostly rice paper. Overall, I wasn’t terribly impressed, but can’t say I was too disappointed either. I’ll stop by if I ever grow bored of the food court!

I ordered a avocado smoothly and usually they just use some powder flavor in your drink. This place actually blended up a avocado! the setting is very cute and relaxing and the workers are friendly. The waffle snack they sell is a little hard but ok as a snack.

I came here with my mom about thirty minutes ago and I was satisfied with my daily boba cravings. I ordered a jasmine green tea with regular boba. Pretty simple huh? but thats how you can tell if the drinks are good. Like how can one messes up a simple drink?! My tea was perfect; it has the taste of jasmine tea and it was lightly sweetened. Just the way I like it. I just wish their boba was a little more soft but it’s okay. I will definitely come back when I’m in town for sure.

Boba cream tea and Thai tea with boba are delicious! There is usually only one person making the drinks so service can be a bit slow if a lot of people come in at once. Luckily they have tvs playing some sort of Cirque du Soleil type of show to keep me busy. Or you can just people watch. Overall, good place!

Stopped by here randomly since Tapioca House in the old Asian plaza down the road never satisfied my boba craving. Ordered a milk black tea with boba and a pomegranate tea with lychee jelly. The milk tea was too bland, not sweet at all. The boba was good and chewy though. The pomegranate tea was super tart, no hint of tea at all.

This location is terrible when compared to the Houston location. The interior is alarmingly tacky with black glittery walls and randomly placed plants. The music is also loud and obscene; a business where kids frequent is probably not the best place to be blaring rap. but that’s not my business. Not sure if they’re going for a club vibe with all the fluorescent«décor» around the place. The staff here is downright RUDE. I’m trying to order and the girl taking my order would just turn her focus and talk to the girl making the drinks, giving her directions. During my latest visit, my drink was so sweet I tossed it after desperately trying to drink a few sips of it anyways. They had originally made it with too little contents, so back in the blender it went for a second go.

I Heart Boba is not my first choice in boba shops, but the Herbal Milk Tea with Black Tea is so addicting here. It’s perfectly creamy and not too sweet but the taste does vary every time someone else makes it. Customer service is lacking and they remodeled the shop to look like somewhat an Asian club. They even have a disco ball. But other than that, the drink is worth returning for and they have a reward system through your phone number when you spend $ 40, you get a free drink.

As I’m writing this I am sipping on the Frozen Mocha with boba and coffee jelly. Upon first sip, I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep at all tonight. The sugar and the coffee instantly hit my tongue and I can begin to feel my pupils dilating. Noise become louder and colors brighter. The intense sweet flavor makes me feel like if I tried hard enough, I can start seeing through walls. The coffee jelly is very yummy and provides a slightly different texture than the boba. The combo together, however, is really good and worth getting. For three drinks, the total price was about 17 bucks. A bit pricey, imo. Also, because it was toooo sweet, I didn’t finish and only made it ½ way through.

This place has been a huge disappointment since they remodeled and switched management. This used to be my favorite boba place, but they’ve recently gotten worse and worse. Last Sunday afternoon, we ordered 2 drinks for just under $ 9. The taro cream tea with popping boba was fine, except that they filled over half the cup with ice(see picture). The other drink I ordered was a cream tea with boba(the most basic drink on the menu). The guy behind the counter took our orders and rung us up as normal. However, when he called out«cream tea with boba» and I got my drink, I saw that it was baby boba instead of boba.(Baby boba is not the same as boba! They taste very different, and I don’t like baby boba). I said, «Excuse me, but this has baby boba in it. I ordered normal boba.» The guy matter-of-factly replied, «Oh yeah, we are out of boba.» He didn’t offer any apology. Instead he immediately ignored me and turned to the next customers and started taking their order. Wait, what just happened!!! I ordered normal boba, which apparently they were out of, but he didn’t tell me. He then charged me $ 4 for a drink and made it with baby boba, which I don’t like and did not order. Then he gave me the drink without telling me that he made a substitution. When I pointed this out, he didn’t even think that he did anything wrong by not informing me that they were out of boba and for charging me for a drink I did not order. Then he promptly ignored me and went to do other things. I have no problem paying $ 4 for a drink that I ordered, but I have a huge problem with being charged for something I do not like and did not order. I’m sorry… I used to love this place. But with this new management, the quality of the drinks and attitude of the employees has not stopped getting worse. I guess I’ll have to find a new boba place.

Tried the strawberry banana smoothie and wasn’t that impressed. Consistency and flavor were okay but nothing to write home about. Their menu was pretty extensive offering teas, shakes, smoothies, and other items. Only downside is the loud music making shouting an order necessary. Not to mention one of the cashiers had on a T-shirt with a strong expletive; probably not the most appropriate attire. Overall: average Smoothie: average Ambience: bad Service: good Selection: good
