Poor customer service ever … Order the grilled pork come out the pork is still raw. They’re so racist also. Saw a Mexican lady worked in the back was trying to help other Mexicans in the pick up desk and those Vietnamese guys acted like don’t come in front and talk to people grrr coz there was no one in there that’s why she just wanna help out. Those guys have some bad attitude and don’t even know how to greet customers ! Tried three times and all my experiences are sucks with them !!!

I ordered a soup and asked for no carrots so the cashier took the lid off right in front of me and scooped out the carrots leaving the soup half empty because the chef was too lazy to pour more broth in. They have horrible customer service and I would not recommend eating here.

I had higher standards for this Vietnamese deli, considering it’s a well-known franchise. Plus, all the other shops in Saigon Mall were Cash Only. Originally, we ordered: Soursop(mang cau) smoothie with jelly Avocado smoothie with no jelly or boba Somehow, our order came out as: Avocado smoothie with no jelly or boba Taro smoothie with coffee jelly They ran out of soursop, so we subbed it with a plain taro smoothie with no jelly or boba. The avocado smoothie was flavorless. We returned it for an additional pump of syrup. Still bland on the second try, while the taro smoothie was way too sweet. Disappointing and inconsistent. There are many other options in the mall which I wish I had ordered my drinks from instead.

Great sandwiches, but be aware that they’re not very meaty. It’s not a chicken sandwich, but a vegetable sandwich with some chicken in it. The amount of meat in the sandwich is comparable to other bahn mi’s served in the area, though. where they shine is the absence of MSG. Other bahn mi joints serve up bucket loads of MSG in their sandwiches, leaving me parched with heart palpitations afterwards. They don’t have any detectable MSG in their sandwich. Also, the carrots and daikon are home pickled carrots and daikon, not just sliced carrots and diakon like at other Bahn Joints. It is in a corner of a viet supermarket. The service is quick and efficient. Their chicken pies are not very good. It is not solid chicken inside like in their Bahn Mi’s. The chicken pies have chicken meatballs made of some sort of chicken flavored soy or gluten protein product inside with no veggies at all and no gravy. No bueno. The chilled guava or passion fruit drink is very sour, not sweek and sour. No bueno, unless you like sour. The price is right, though. It is only 3 dollars and change for a sandwich and if you buy 4, you get one free. I suggest you buy 4, get one free, eat one or two now, and save some for later.

Never knew Dallas had a Lee’s Sandwiches! They do take cards as long as you spend over $ 7! I ordered the regular lee’s coffee, keep in mind I’m not a coffee drinker, but I love lee’s coffee, so sweet! I ordered the combination sandwich, the bread so was soft. Lee’s sandwich def one of the best banh mi’s around. They also sell some baked goods and snacks.

I love this place! I’ve been a couple of times and so far I’ve had the coffee smoothie, which tasted just like Starbucks, but cheaper and then I had the shrimp and pork spring rolls, which tasted great with the sauce and last but not least, I had the bbq pork Asian sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. It had so many flavors packed into one sandwich and it was spicy and crunchy and delicious all at the same time! I don’t know where the bad reviews came from but the service has always been very courteous.

We went there this afternoon and got the pre-packaged manjoo(15 pieces for $ 5). We wanted to get the fresh ones but they told us the machine has been turned off for the day(it’s only 2:45pm!) Anyway, do NOT get the pre-packaged manjoo! They are stale and NOT fresh. It tasted like it’s been sitting there for days! The size of these manjoo is extremely small. So although they are cheaper than their counterparts at H Mart, I would still go to H Mart for my manjoo cravings!

This Lee’s location is a bit off the freeway and tucked in the back corner of a strip mall. When I was there, they had a buy 2, get 1 free offer(on a printed out computer paper sign). The menu here does not have as many pictures as at other Lee’s locations, so that may present a problem for some. I have also noticed that in general, the Lee’s menus are hard on the eyes as they are not organized very well. The inside has a lot of seating and of course a TV. It is set up café style with one line feeding to many cashiers when needed. Their baked goods are flaunted out for everyone to see and the display is just okay. This is the only Lee’s in the area, but depending on where in the Metroplex you are, there is likely a better banh mi place where you are at. This Lee’s does offer that classic Lee’s taste though.

Terrible service. I ordered 5 egg rolls to go. They told me it would take about 5 min. 10 min later they told me it will be 3 more min. Then, when I asked again, they found out that no one took the order and they hadn’t made the egg rolls. Since I could see what try were doing, it took them almost another 5 min to actually bring the egg rolls out to fry them. So then it did take another 5 min. I expressed my unhappiness. They just have me my egg rolls without even an apology. BTW, if you are here at this mall, you can get better service with their competitors. And their food isn’t that good. It’s more Americanized and overpriced.

Lee’s sandwiches aren’t the greatest — a bit over-hyped, especially whenever I go to California and this is all they talk/know about. Lee’s meats are a bit dry for my liking and their bread just isn’t «wow-ing» me. I think the Banh Mi from Ba Le in Arlington def wins here. Must try their coffee though — so I’ll be back!

This Lee’s Sandwich is located inside the Saigon Mall. They have tons of variety to choose from. The ice coffee is their must popular item. It’s a very strong coffee. I only drink it when it’s New Years Eve. Its so strong I can stay up until the count down. We love the BBQ sandwich #6& Veggie sandwich #12 both are delicious. They bake their own bread. Everything is fresh made. Price is reasonable. Service is good.

Love the café sua da here — the right amount of sweetness and kick. Ba Le sandwiches are better, unfortunately… even though Lee’s bake their own bread, it’s just not as soft & «fluffy» as Ba Le Arlington. Their pork pâté chauds are delish!!! Greasy, but delish! I love their sesame buns too. If this place was closer to home I would snack here more often. Service is always quick and friendly. Cashiers know a great deal of English and Vietnamese to be able to assist a majority of their customers. Now, if only they had the jalapeño ham & cheese croissants like K Sandwiches(San Diego) I would be here almost every weekend!

This place is a bit hard to find and doesn’t help their phone is disconnected so seriously thought they were out of business till I saw recent reviews having it was inside a shopping area(in the corner). That being said, I went to try their Deli Manjoo after someone recommended them to me. I remember having them in Korea but they were a bit bigger and lots more cream filling. So went got those and their coconut waffles. The Deli Manjoo was good but you can’t even tell there is any cream filling. That was a bit disappointing. The coconut waffles though was amazing, fluffy and coconut flakes throughout. It’s in this huge little Saigon center with a grocery store, shops, and huge food court so definitely will go back and check out the rest of the area. I’m guessing it’s a lot of Vietnamese foods which I love!

So they are inside this very nice Asian«mall» inside their own enclosed space: you can buy ready made food or go for their made to order sandwiches, spring rolls and iced coffees and teas. I ordered the Combination Ban-Mi sandwich: delicious fresh bread with fresh ingredients and great taste. The iced coffee was perfect and fresh. They accept credit /debit cards: $ 10 min purchase.

Dislike you have to buy min of $ 10 to use debit/credit . The pâté is too salty and too thick. It is not creamy. The butter isn’t velvety. It’s at the breaking point of separating. The bread was dry like it was more than a few days old. I would opt for the sandwich vendor inside the food court that takes only cash.

Honestly the banh mi from here is not very good. I guess it’s popular because this is a chain place with locations all across America, but I’ve never ordered a banh mi from here in years. This review is based solely on their Lee’s Iced Coffee, which is delicious. It is a Vietnamese coffee, so it is stronger than what you would normally get at a Starbucks. I feel like I could down a gallon of this stuff, but I’d probably die of a heart attack because of a caffeine overload. I would give this place a higher rating but I won’t because this place is cash only, which is pretty ridiculous. It’s located within a Vietnamese shopping center, and all of the stores inside take card. It further infuriates me that they have a sticker on their door that says that they ACCEPT major credit cards, but then they have a smaller sticker saying cash only… Awesome coffee, bad policy.

Disclosure: I have visited Lees Sandwiches 3 times since its reopening. This review only focuses on their Iced Coffee and Deli Manjoo cakes. Lees Sandwiches is a California based Vietnamese sandwich shop that is known for baking their bread fresh in the restaurant. They can build any sandwich your way. They also sell desserts, baked goods, and my favorite: the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. My Overall Rating — 4 Stars(Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere — What’s really cool about Lee’s is they have their bread machine front and center. There’s plenty of neon, a counter to take your order, and another for their Deli Manjoo cakes. It’s clean, has plenty of seating inside and out, and since it’s reopening has never been super busy. If it had no parking and disorderly crowds, you’d think you were in SoCal. 1 Star. Service — The line is orderly, but since I’ve never ordered a sandwich, I don’t know how well they make it. But my coffee is always right and the Deli Manjoo cook is usually nice and will drop a sample. They get an incomplete rating for now. ½ Star. Food — I go here for their Vietnamese Iced Coffee. They have the perfect combination of dark roasted coffee with the right amount of condensed sweetened milk. The result is a perfect combination of a smooth, creamy coffee that’s ice cold and consistently sweet throughout. Starbucks only wishes they could make this. Next, their Deli Manjoo are mini cakes filled with a sweet cream. It’s SOOOO good when it’s hot and fresh. You bite into a soft warm, yellow cake and suddenly are met with a hot creamy center. They’re make a perfect snack. Be warned, they’re not that great cold. Then again, they’re usually all eaten by then. Sorry, no sandwich review here. 1 ½ Star. Will I Return? — Yes. Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Deli Manjoo cakes. Every time. No questions asked. These are automatic purchases along with the dessert drinks from Bambu. 1 Star. My Unilocal Rating Scale(Sum of all parts): 1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food. 1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food(2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Unilocal score.

They closed down and then reopened. I still think they are still as good as before! they added a few items this time… like beignets, coconut waffles, and these mango pancakes things. I dont think they had it before, it’s been long and I don’t remember… Sandwiches are still just as good IMO.

I have yet to try their sandwiches, but their coffee is so good! Definitely one of the best tasting iced coffees I’ve had. It has a more potent taste to it if you’re a huge fan of coffee. My only issue here is that they do not understand the meaning of «light ice». Not only did they still fill my drink up with ¾ of ice, they also did not fill up my drink all the way to the top.

So Lee’s was opened back then but something happened and i don’t know what. Well they came back but with the same stuff. Lee’s is a franchise from Cali and it seems they’re doing great in Cali but good luck to ya cause Garland has lots of great places for banh mi. Lee’s serves both american and vietnamese sandwiches and they have desserts to breakfast also. The employee there suggested #11 so I got it hoping it won’t gross me out. Well it did! The jambone, for say the french ham, was gross! It was like eating bologna but with red food coloring! Not to offend anyone that loves it but it wasn’t my taste. I should have went for the chicken… I love banh mi but next time I will get mine somewhere else. By the way, it was cash only when I got went so be prepared.
