We heard about the Mu Do martial arts through a close friend whose son seemed to enjoy it very much. I was looking for some activities for my two sons, both 3 years old, and decided to check it out. In the few months that they have participated, they have learned so much in the way of discipline, instruction, respect, and just being with other kids. We really like the instructors, and how Mr. Daniel leads the group. Mrs. Paula runs the facility and is easy to work with in regards to schedule and explaining how things work. My caveat is that my boys are very young and so our expectations might be different from those with older kids. Even so, there are also lots of older kids in the other classes we see who seem to really like what they’re doing here. Friday sparring for the boys are great experiences, and very entertaining for us parents too! :)

Great place! Very family oriented, but also wonderful for individuals and adults. Instructors are patient and treat every student with respect. All staff is very helpful in any situation. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and useful means of exercise and self defense.

We could not have found a better place for my daughter than Mu Do Martial Arts. Not only do we love the environment, we love how the staff are very patient yet stern when they have to be. I love their teaching methods because they make it easy for the younger kids to understand. They model patience, respect, and organization.
