I have a lifetime battery coupon with this store. Took my watch in for a battery replacement and they broke the pin on the watchband. The watch is a brand they don’t carry so they couldn’t find a replacement pin. This is pretty frustrating. I won’t be back. Only use them if you have a brand they sell.

Brought my seiko watch in to add one link. Transaction went fine; a girl inserted the link and told me that I could bring it in for a battery replacement and adjustment whenever I needed. After 3 days the watch got a kink in it and it would not come out. When I brought the watch back they said that whoever had replaced the link had removed a «non-removable» link and lost the sleeves around the pins. They told me that I would have to buy a replacement watch band on my own… or they could glue it. They broke my $ 200 watch and then offered to glue it back together.

Excellent experience. Everyone was busy(Black Friday 3:30AM). I needed to buy a digital watch for my son for his job. There were hundreds to choose from and i was a bit overwhelming. The manager is a gem and though the price points for most watches(BEFORETHEBLACKFRIDAYSALE) were between $ 9.99& $ 29.99 I could not believe or ever imagine that anyone would take the time to care for, explain, and demonstrate the product. I thought for sure walking in that the place must be a self service point and shoot over sized kiosk! I was wrong. And the sales associate that helped me out the most happened to be the manager! He was the only man without a name tag or else his name would have stuck in my mind and I would have mentioned it here. Great store, great product, outstanding service.

We had very good services from the sales associates. He took his time to show us many watches and being mindful to let us know what items were on sale. Upon purchase, he made watch band fit adjustments. Very nice and unrushed service. Do shop there — good prices, huge selections/styles.

Lol Neil, unfortunately that long ramble of yours just makes yourself look ridiculous. All that did was show just how little YOU know about market research and whatnot. Coming from an insider of the company, I can assure you that these stores are thriving, especially in this economy! You clearly don’t know the brands that the store carries nor do you know what people are looking for, especially since the only thing you supposedly saw for sale was a 29.95 watch. Your vendetta against watches as opposed to cell phones only further hurt your credibility. Do yourself a favor and get educated before you write another review about something.

Get with the program people! There are a couple of reasons nobody is shopping at the Time Factory Watch Outlet. First of all, most people now use their phones in place of a wristwatch. Look around… how many people do you see these days sporting a watch. The answer: way fewer than you did 10 years ago. Secondly, those that are wearing time pieces or doing so as a point of fashion. That is, a watch these days is more a piece of jewelry than it is a timepiece. So that being said, people want nice watches not the junk selling for $ 29.95. I guess this store will learn the hard way that market research is a valuable thing.
