I’ve been here for two appointments for some hand issues I’ve been having.
Unfortunately, I am not impressed by the wait time. It took me over 45 minutes to see a doctor for a morning appointment. The waiting room was getting pretty packed by the time I got into a room, too.
However, I really like Chris Dillon, a PA there. He is gentle and thorough and takes the time to answer all your questions.
I’ve had to follow-up on some claims not being sent to the correct address, but so far, they have been very responsive.
