Love love this place! I have been going to Lisa for years and have no one else touch my hair. I can sit in her chair and say make it look healthy again and she dose just that. She even put clip on hair in and cut it to my face so it fits. Always makes you feel comfortable and takes her time so you can shine. I also had sandra do my eyebrows and she took her time as well to make sure they were right. Over all happy with the service will go back and have recommended my family and friends to go and they thank me for the recommendation on helping them find BB&R

Katie is a wonderful hairstylist! When I first went to see her, I described how I would like my hair cut– in a modified «pixie» style. She understood and was able to perfectly replicate what I requested. She’s given me grand haircuts ever since! Plus, Katie is fun to talk with. She has a relaxed and very likable personality that encourages me to keep coming back.
The new location in Glendale is clean, quiet, and on a convenient corner near the Galleria. While it is farther away than the salon’s previous location, the extra travel time is well worth it.
I definitely recommend Katie and BB&R to those looking to have their hair lovingly cared for!

I’ve been seeing Katie for over 5 years, starting at their old place in Burbank. The new place is a quaint little nook in the Phoenix Salon Suites, and it is definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive! Easy, free parking (if you’re there less than 90 minutes) & central to tons of shopping & restaurants. BB&R is still my first choice for friendly service at a reasonable prices!

I have gone to Lisa for years and I love their new location. It a bit of a maze to find it but the way is clearly marked with suite numbers. Parking is free for the first 90 minutes.

New location! It’s on the corner of Maryland, next to Sushi Land & L&L Hawaiian BBQ. There’s 2 lots that offer free 90 min parking on both ends of Maryland. The building is quite a maze but a cool concept, it’s sort of like a day spa. They offer free wifi too!
Anyways, this is my second time with Katie. I found out that she’s on Schedulicity and booked an appointment for a cut, wash, & style. It’s quick, simple and saves time.
I love that she listens, offers suggestions, and super friendly. Her prices are reasonable and I love the outcome! I’ll definitely be seeing her again!
