Simply superb service, worth every penny. This company is extremely professional. Licensed to do A/​C duct cleaning which is very hard to find. They cater to hospitals and prisons in Arizona. They use a 0.3 microns industrial grade machine and send qualified, well mannered and English proficient techs. No illegals.
Initially, spoke to Nathan, the regional manager. He took the time to explain in detail the entire process as well as the differences between hiring Ductz vs a competitor such as Honest Duct Cleaning.
Completing the job took almost 4 hours. The guys were on time and came in a company truck. A lot less dust in the house and much improved air quality.
This is the Mercedes of duct cleaning. Priced accordingly but if you value indoor air quality, I do not see how you would hire anyone else.

I learned seven weeks ago that I had a blockage in my dryer vent. Since that time I have had 3 different companies out, all have said that my vent was impossible to get to and they were unable to help me. The last company was even out 4 times and eventually blew me off via text message. Not knowing who else to call I decided to try one more Air Duct cleaning company and called DUCTZ. They were able to come out the day after I called them. Within 3 hours they had figured out what the problem was and cleaned my dryer vent. Even when issues were encountered, they handled them quickly and professionally. They did a great job of cleaning up and got me all hooked up too. I would highly recommend DUCTZ Air Duct Cleaning, especially Nate, Barry and Casey. Thank you so much for allowing me to get back to normal around my house!

We had an odor from our vents and called on Monday. They were able to have a crew in Tuesday @ 8am. They were on-​time and professional. They appear to have found the problem and corrected it. They add a scent to the vents that temporarily covers any natural scent covering from the ducts. We sold and moved before that scent was completely gone (2 weeks) They did good job cleaning up after themselves. This review would have been 5 stars if they had not missed cleaning up after in one of the rooms.
