This store does not have the most knowledgeable workers. The worker told me that they did not carry UCLA gear, and in less than a minute I was able to find what I was looking for. When a store is this small I expect the staff to know what is in stock. She did not even try to assist me in any way. The selection of sports gear is pretty sparse in the store and they do not offer a lot of options.

I love this store! Great friendly staff, if they don’t have the size your looking for they always try to order it for you or give you a call when they get new shipment. Overall great place to shop or buy gifts! They do have a return policy but they at least aware you of it.

Return policy is horrible, bought a gift for a family member, receipt and all, and they wouldn’t even switch for a better size. Never again. Staff isn’t very knowledgeable or helpful either.

Although the place is small, they pack a lot into a limited space. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. If they don’t have an item, they’re quick to call around and try to get it from another store. They also help to point out other items that may interest you. My husband and I have not been able to find another store that can offer the quantity and variety of sports items.

I visited Pro Image to buy a gift for a friend and it was the biggest waste of my time. This is why: 1. Lack of employee knowledge and customer service. 2. No ambition, motivation, and no friendliness — the person I spoke to on the telephone prior going to the store was nice, but was«preoccupied» with nothing when I was in-store and didn’t even acknowledge the class or try to help me. 3. Pro Image is a franchise in which products must be returned to the location of purchase — any other Pro Image location has the right to deny the exchange when purchased somewhere else. 4. No returns, ever. 5. 14 day exchange policy. Basically, if the jersey didn’t work out for this friend of mine, they would have to set aside an entire day [with less than 2 week notice] and drive to the Gdale Galleria for an exchange [exchanging a jersey for crappy service].
