I am a real estate/​estate planning attorney in Pasadena but I live in Glendora. Almost all of the documents I draft require notary acknowledgments (i.e. deeds, trusts, advance health care directives, contracts, etc.). Therefore, a good notary is a MUST for what I do. I have used Carol twice now. I was impressed by her professionalism both times. The most recent instance involved a complex real estate transaction consisting of 11 deeds and around 40 signatures that needed to be notarized asap on a Sunday because one of the signators was leaving the country. I contacted Carol who thankfully was available that day. She showed up at my house on time and was extremely professional and pleasant. Carol handled the notarization process in a quick, smooth and efficient manner and her fee was very reasonable. She was extra careful with each notarization and understood how picky the LA recorder’s office is. I was extremely impressed with her caution because I know first hand the legal issues involved with poor notary acknowledgments and how quickly the LA recorder’s office will kick back a document if it has a poorly executed notary acknowledgment. I will absolutely be calling her again soon and would recommend her to anyone without question. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Excellent Service.
