I love this salon! Adriana is a miracle worker! She has taken my hair to another level. I will never go anywhere else! She is in high demand, and it’s no surprise. Make an appt when you can, she’s worth the wait!

Purely unprofessional. Adriana, the salon owner, continues to lose clients and staff with her inability to recognize the life cycle of successful business practices– putting the customer first. She puts her own personal drama above running the business. Late for her own appointments, She doesn’t return phone calls after the weekend on appt changes.
Northshore clientele won’t put up with this behavior long… No wonder it’s always empty in there. Go elsewhere — no stylist is worth so much aggravation.

Adriana the owner does not offer any incentives for new customers. The receptionist told me she did and then said she didn’t. Most salons offer new customers an incentive.

Great place! I only go for waxing and Nora is the best!!! She does the best Brazilian wax and eyebrow waxing/threading I have ever had! The salon is nice too and very homey and welcoming.
