What is really sad, I was very sick on Mothers day and I called you service and it said 24 hours. I spoke to a lady that wasn’t really interested in my problem — I needed a drain in my bathroom fixed. Still today no one has even called me. So when someone really needs help we can count you out…

We have been using Killian for years. Recently we have had a series of issues that necessitate several visits from Killian. Everyone from Linda on the phone to Tim and Jerry in person have gone above and beyond to help us solve our problems. They have rushed to our aid when needed and expressed real concern over our situation. I am completely shocked by the other review and must say that her experience is the exact opposite of every single encounter we have had with the folks at Killian. We will continue to use them and trust in their service and professionalism. And we will enthusiastically recommend them to others.
