Shipped a bottle of whiskey to AZ and it never arrived. Store would not file a claim as they said shipping alcohol was illegal. That made no sense as it arrived via UPS and was clearly marked ‘alcohol’ on the label.
The website says they will e-mail you when mail is in your box, but they only contact you when there is a package waiting.
In the middle of a transaction, the owner barged in to use the computer and forced my transaction to be restarted from the beginning.
Find an alternative if possible.

Have used this store twice. Twice they have left out the apartment number in the address I provided. Twice the shipments were delayed. Twice I had to call and correct it. With shipping options everywhere, including other UPS Stores, I won’t ever use this store again.

Had to pay for my own envelope to ship through UPS. They should have provided one, don’t you think? The lady working there said the owner won’t issue packaging unless it is express or overnight.

, walked into the store and the friendly gal at the counter checked her e-mail, printed it, and I was on my way.
