We were on a road trip and after a long day of driving this hotel was a great rest stop. We checked in around 9pm and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed though just a queen size but was comfy with ample pillows. The room and bathroom were clean. The kitchenette was just what we needed for our breakfast.

Solid hotel just north of the Mesa Mall.
I only stayed one night, but took advantage of the free laundry.
Standard Candlewood Suites amenities.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The parking lot was well lit.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The long-term tenants were noticeable but respectful.
If you’re up early and driving West, be aware that not much is open in Grand Junction before 7:00 a.m.
Most importantly, be aware the the drive west through Utah is beautiful but desolate… there are no gas stations or food options for about 3 hours into the drive.
Gas up and eat before you head into Utah on I-70!
