I’ve been a huge fan of Chipotle as far back as their first restaurant on Evans in Denver. This was one of the few times I can remember a bad experience. They ran out of chicken several customers ahead of me. There was none on the grill so we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. The server seemed annoyed that I asked how long it would be. One server, that had no apparant duty other than putting food on trays, was very rude to the customer in front of me. I am very disappointed in this experience. I will continue to enjoy Chipotle but I won’t be back to this location again.

Chipotle always gives you the same quality ingredients and it always taste the same. The customer service of each Chipotle is where I take note. This Chipotle in particular has a few members on its staff that aren’t super friendly. The first girl making our burrito asked multiple times what we were getting on it. I’d say «I’d like a barbacoa burrito with white rice, please» she’d say «What kind of rice? .what kind of meat» same exact order on round 2 same exact response. The woman at the cash wrap seemed like she was in a bad mood and wouldn’t make eye contact with us.

You need to change your hours on your Unilocal account, it says you close at 10pm and my Husband and I drove 3 miles off the freeway to discover this

I love this place but the Hours posted on Unilocal are incorrect which show the store open till 10:00pm. The Chipotle store door has 9pm & I just checked the Chipotle website also says open till 9:00pm

The music and atmosphere was so loud I couldn’t hear the employees and they couldn’t hear me.

My 16 year old son LOVES Chipotle and we’ve been to several locations, including the relatively swanky one in Ft. Collins. The Grand Junction location is well run with friendly, intelligent workers and a clean, well maintained dining room. The food is fresh, well sourced and delicious. If you can’t decide between here and Qdoba, read my Qdoba review. They have some deal where high school kids and military get free drinks or chips, just ask.
