Super friendly staff! Energetic and welcoming first thing in the morning! I had a dark roast coffe double shot espresso, and the bacon blue burrito. Everything was delicious however I would tweak it a little bit add a little more blue cheese, bacon for consistency throughout the bites and a little more egg. Not a complaint by any means however.

This place is awesome! My boyfriend and I stopped here for breakfast after staying at a local motel whose free breakfast didn’t include anything suitable that was gluten free. They were able to make any sandwich gluten free and their sandwiches were delicious! The staff was super friendly especially Stephanie! We stopped in for lunch again on our way back from Moab and Stephanie remembered me and got GF things going before I even knew what I wanted. Stop here for coffee, breakfast or lunch! Yummy food and friendly service! This is our stop in Grand Junction for sure!

Meh. The coffee and breakfast bagel sandwich was good! But let me tell you about the ordering experience. Me: I’d like a small café breve, please, with a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top, if you have it. Cashier:(Confused.) Mumbles something and rings it up. Then moves down the line to make our coffees, and hands me my cup to fill with my choice of brewed coffee. Now I’m confused. Me: A breve is made with espresso, usually. Cashier: Oh, you wanted a breve! You’ll need to say breve latte next time, and it’ll cost you more. What. The. Hell. And not so sure there will be a next time.

Welcoming ambiance, a happy, friendly, staff, delicious food, delicious coffee. We got the Chai latte, cinnamon cream latte, spicy mocha, all delicious. I got a bacon and blue breakfast burrito. It was toasted to perfection with crispy cabbage, creamy avocado and fluffy eggs. I would have never thought of the combination, but it worked! You can’t go wrong in here.

I’ll now judge every coffee, to this spicy mocha, that I just had at octopus coffee! None will ever compare, though, and I’ll wish to be back at grand junction. Excellent coffee because of the ingredients, love, passion and cheerfulness the girl put into making it! You must go to this coffee shop!

My husband and I are from Utah and we get to visit a friend in Clifton about once a year. We are coffee lovers and so he said he had to bring us here. I went with my «safe» drink, and got a White Mocha and Caramel latte(2 shots) and I’m not disappointed! I’d probably get an extra shot or two next time, it’s very sweet, but still good. My husband got an iced americano with a dash of vanilla and he does NOT like it at all. He said it tastes like there is tea mixed in with it and it’s very weak. Another friend got an Islander smoothie and liked it.

Cutest coffee shop there is! With great coffee to boot! We were passing through Colorado on our way to Las Vegas. Luckily, we missed the majority of the storm that was coming through. We posted up for the night in the hotel across the street. The hotel didn’t offer breakfast so we decided to go here before we left town. I am so glad we did! The staff was so friendly and talkative, great examples of how awesome Colorado folks are. The café had local artist’s work on the walls and cute handmade earrings, mini art, and stickers for sale. My favorite were the locally made mugs and mini pots. There were a few games you could play as you waited for your food to arrive, like hungry hungry hippo. A magazine stand you could read from, loved that! I don’t see that too often anymore. We ordered a hot chocolate, frozen white mocha, a bagel with ham and cheese, and a breakfast burrito. The food was amazing and the coffee was delish. I would have to say my favorite thing about this coffee joint is how they treat their customers. While we were there a few regulars came in and their conversations were fun to listen to. They even bounced ideas on new tea drink names. This coffee place is a must stop and I hope I pass through here again.

Fun staff, quick service, tasty espresso based sweet drinks. If you’re looking for a shot of single origin espresso, steer clear, you will be disappointed. No choice of beans. Definitely not a specialty coffee shop. My espresso shots were over extracted at too high of temperatures leading to primarily burnt flavors.(IMO, this is desirable when mixing the espresso with milk, syrup, etc. but not when served unadulterated.)

My husband and I stopped here on our way out of town. I was extremely impressed with the chai, which they make from scratch and can make it either sweet or spicy depending on preference. It was one of the best coffee shop chais I have ever had. My husband got an iced coffee and he was impressed because they actually used frozen coffee as ice. Very nice. I wish we had a place like this at home.

This is the best coffee in Grand Junction. Latte art most of the time. If you’re passing through, they’re conveniently located close to I-70. They bake all their pastries and cookies in house. They have nice salads and sandwiches for lunch. Very friendly baristas. They even rent bikes!

Unfortunately, after seeing 5(FIVE) stars on Unilocal for this place, I was a bit underwhelmed. It almost seemed as though they were understaffed, but at the same time, 3 people in that work space is enough. I felt like myself and a couple other people who came in after me basically had to get the cashiers attention to order. There also seemed to be quite a few people who were on their way to work(around 8 am on a Monday), and the slowness of service seemed to be a bigger problem than for me. I spent a full 10 minutes waiting on my latte and burrito which I was just not expecting. My latte was only ok. I ordered the Working Man breakfast burrito hoping that it would be better than the continental breakfast at my hotel and it was only ok as well. I wouldn’t not try this place out if you’re around GJ, but I don’t know if I would go in with the expectations of a 5 star kind of place.

This café is excellent. Cute space, friendly staff, quiet environment, fresh food, and delicious beverages. They even have a few bikes out front to rent. Come here for breakfast, for lunch, or just to grab a cuppa with your mate! Their tea selection is varied and every tea is made to order. They are knowledgeable about coffee beverages as well. I recently ordered the turkey, apple and brie wrap for lunch and it was exactly what I was looking for in the summer heat. Fresh ingredients, made to order, and fabulous! The sweet and crunchy apples contrasts nicely with the cheese. All in all I’m pleased and will definitely be coming back.

The octopus coffee had great coffee, however it was a little messy. Homemade pastries, would love to try it! Had some boardgames so that makes it more family friendly
