Food was fine but don’t go there when it’s raining. They have no cover over the drive thru and the roof pours rain right into your window at the drive thru. Ugh!!!

I eat at this Arby’s location quite often as it is one of my favorite fast food chains near my office. It’s probably the best Arby’s location that I’ve ever eaten at, and I’ve eaten at a lot of them over the years.
This particular location seems to take a lot of pride in ownership. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is usually pretty good.

Service, especially drive– through, is painfully slow. Unfortunately, I’ve stopped swinging by this particular store because of wait times abd disinterested staff. It didn’t help that the drive through attendant asked me to pull around to the front door as my food was prepared and — forgot– about me; I had to go inside to get my food. There was no offer by them to make it right.
If you want Arby’s –that– bad and are close by to thief one, by all means, you can choose to waste your hard-earned money at this one, but I choose not to again.
Also, their soft drink selection sucks.

great food I love Arby’s but no matter what time of day, they take FOREVER!!! even just w/one car in front of me expect to wait five minutes in line. it’s ridiculous they need to figure it out.

This is my third time eating at this restaurant this year. The sandwiches are great for my diet, and freshly sliced roast beef. I have no complaints and my son loves the food here. The food is a little on the expensive side, but you get a lot of sandwich for the money. The horse raddish sauce is a must try. It goes great with just about anything on their menu. Service was fast and friendly.

Slow service, untrained staff.
Granted, this location had just opened when I visited, but they were slooow. This, hard to find, out of the way location will definitely not be on my short list for a quick lunch.
As overpriced as Arby’s is, I won’t be heading here, even with coupons.
