I am giving them one star because I was in and out very quick. Yet, none of them smiled they either all hate their life or their job. Either way the most un– friendly people I’ve ever met. The man who took my photo was the only one who gave me eye contact and a smile. No one wants to go to the BMV but at least have some common courtesy and use some customer service skills! Unfortunately, I’ll be back next year.

No air conditioning, floors very dirty, smelled terrible. The good news is plates renewed and I know exactly what the are having for lunch.

The employees are very unprofessional and rude. For one, their computer system was down not once but twice in just a few days time when I came in to renew my license. They had no idea when it would be back up and didn’t seem to care. On my third trip in, I finally got my license. The lady — I think her name was Martina — was curt and actually laughed at me to another employee when I sat in the wrong place to have my picture taken. It’s not my fault I couldn’t hear her mumbling like a drunk. I hope like most of Columbus, Grove City isn’t turning into a total ghetto. It definitely wasn’t my choice to live up here. I’ve never encountered anything like this in the Chillicothe location. I’m already dreading having to go back to get my car transferred, and thinking of making the long drive to the Alum Creek location just to avoid these uneducated, rude ghetto women.

I hate getting my driver’s license renewed. I bet you do too. It makes it easier when the BMV is fast and organized like this office. You simply take a number, sit down and they will call you when it’s your turn. I went in on Wednesday at about 3:45 and was out in and out in about 20 minutes. Now how convenient is that? And guess what? Now I look forward to getting my driver’s license! (Yeah right.)
