I am giving them one star because I was in and out very quick. Yet, none of them smiled they either all hate their life or their job. Either way the most un– friendly people I’ve ever met. The man who took my photo was the only one who gave me eye contact and a smile. No one wants to go to the BMV but at least have some common curtousey and use some customer service skills! Unfortunately, I’ll be back next year.
