Advanced Home Inspection

The inspectors were cordial, and were very willing to answer any questions that we asked when they were there. There were 3 guys, which I think was out of the norm, so they completed the inspection of the home in just about 1 hour. They did seem like they were in a rush though, which didn’t make me feel to comfortable. Also, the report really left something to be desired. There weren’t many pictures, and it was not very detailed at all. Basically, an «acceptable» or «service advised» is what was provided, and very little comments. Overall, I probably would not hire them again if I needed a really thorough report. If you do hire them, just make sure they aren’t rushed and that you ask them any questions when they are there.
