Best Cleaners

I have been using Best Cleaners because they use non-​toxic chemicals and the owners are very nice people. They are Koreans but have Chinese last name — Huang. Recently I brought many suit tops with dirty sleeves and collars to get dry cleaned. I’m pleased with how they turned out.

So I’ve used this place 3 times already! First was great! Second was terrible! My clothes were not ready! And they tailored my clothes at the LAST minute! Went home to try on and the clothes were half assed!!! One shirt was ridiculously un even! So I decided maybe they had a bad week! Took in a couple more shirts and well I’m here waiting… Once again they waited till the last minute to tailor the shirts and half assed… Another crooked un even shirt! I’m beyond pissed because I’ve spent over $ 150 just to get them tailored! I wait a week and still not done!

I found them on Unilocal and it is located conveniently by my house. I recently dry cleaned 3 of my suits there and it’s been good so far. I like their hours of operations because they open early and close late enough for me to pick up my dry clean after work. The price is fair. You save a few bucks if its a two piece. I will most likely come back.

Very customer oriented. Always have your clothes cleaned as promised. I have also had alterations which are completed as requested. Good business hours and convenient location, allowing for other business to be taken care of.

I high recommend Best Cleaners over Polo Cleaners which is down the street. Polo Cleaners always seemed to do a half-​ass job on my clothes :/
I have been a religious customer at this place for over 10 years. The family that owns this dry cleaners is really sweet and hospitable.
I drop off my clothes before I go to work and they’re dry cleaned and pressed to perfection 2 – 3 days.
The seamstress is very keen with her work and does her job extremely well.
The prices are decent and they use non-​toxic chemicals so I know I won’t break out in a rash. (I have really sensitive skin and most chemicals and soaps make me break out.)

This cleaners is my number one choice to go for alterations. The lady is very nice and does a great job on any kind of alterations. Her work is very professional and I am satisfied with the outcomes every time.

I love this place. The lady that works here is so sweet, this is my go to if I need alterations (which is pretty often because I’m petite). I’ve been coming here for years and will continue

I am a wardrobe stylist so you can imagine the amount of clothes that I own. The cleaners has a great tailor but the cleaning is marginal. They have returned my sweaters and knit garments dingy and worn. My husband and son will have their pants and white shirts laundered but my fine designer items are never returned in good condition. I just received a yellow cardigan it looks as if they washed it with blue denim. I won’t complain because I know that they do a marginal work. My husband asked if I wanted to send something since he was going to drop a few of his own items. I usually drive over to another dry cleaner who is out of the way. But I thought I give it a try since I only had one item. I am pretty pissed but I knew better, so shame on me.

One star for being able to tailor my pants (unevenly I might add). But this past visit made my experience HORRID. If you have a nice dress, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE! They will RIP the fabric and say it’s not damaged!
On 1/​22, I gave them a red Bebe satin dress to get tailored to shorten the straps. When it was completed on 1/​26, I checked the dress at home since I had my mom pick up the dress for me since I work full time.
Upon closer inspection, I see that on the front of the dress, there was an obvious tear in fabric. Under the underarms, there was another tear. On the back of the dress, there were two sections which showed that the fabric had been rubbed abrasively, resulting in damage to the satin. When I pointed to other damages, she said that it was because I did not ask her to press the dress. I told her that it had nothing to do with not pressing. There are TEARS (clearly caught and been tugged harshly. Thread came out and was ripped. Torn satin cannot be fixed. Who spends $ 175 on damaged clothing?) in the satin fabric and abrasive marks on the back of the dress.
The owner said she did not check the dress before having it tailored, nor did she check it when it was done tailoring. That is oversight. I told her I checked the dress before I gave it to them and it was perfect condition.
She was handling the dress extremely roughly and I pointed that out. She was also getting saliva all over my dress as she was yelling at me and she told me that she had no idea if that was «damage.» I told her I saw her spit on my dress. She said she knew the brand is expensive and then accused me of previously using the dress. I told her that I had to wear it for her to get a proper measurement for the strap adjustment. She saw me, so of course I wore it that time. There are tags on, impossible to wear to events with tags on.
I don’t waste hard earned money only to have the tailor damage my expensive dress.

Whenever I need my suits cleaned or taylored, I come to Best Cleaners. There’s about 2 other places nearby but Best Cleaners has overall the Best service.
Prices are fair and they use non-​chemical cleaning methods that are good for the environment. Getting items taylored typically take about 3 – 5 days, depending on how much you need done.
They can do quick cleaning if you need your items back faster. I highly recommend this place if you need cleaning done.
