I had a great experience at Haddonfield Fine Jewelers! I walked in looking to have a ring designed and they took the image in my head and turned it into a beautiful ring! Sam, Tom, and Bear were all amazing and helped me out each step of the way. I actually had a fun time designing the ring! My fiancé and I will be back for our wedding bands!

My fiancé began working with Tom, Sam, and Bear about two years ago to create my custom engagement ring. Using family stones, they were able to create a beautiful oval halo engagement ring. The ring is absolutely beautiful! When we realized that the ring was slightly too small, it was a quick process to have it resized at no additional cost. We expected to have to pay a fee for this, but they insisted it was unnecessary. It was a quick turnaround, which was wonderful considering we were newly engaged.
We continued working with Haddonfield Fine Jewelers to purchase our wedding bands as well.
We spent a few hours there making decisions about what we wanted. While Bear began crafting a custom band to fit my engagement ring, Sam and Tom worked with my fiancé to figure out what would work for him. They were great about answering questions and making suggestions. When we became concerned with the budget, they were able to help us shrink the cost without giving up the look we were hoping to achieve.
The people who work here are not only helpful, but they are kind. They were so excited every time we walked through the door. Even when spotting them outside of the store, they asked questions and offered personal advice. These are people who truly care about what they do and the people they work with. In a situation that can be stressful, the experience we had at Haddonfield Fine Jewelers was a breath of fresh air. We were very happy with the results and definitely recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

Very helpful staff & stopped what they were doing to help me as soon as I walked in. Needed a battery for my watch & they took care of it for me in a jiffy! Didn’t charge a fortune for it & were genuinely nice.

Sam is a complete professional and a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly responsive and honest. He also takes the initiative to provide excellent advice even if it’s not in his self interest. He has certainly earned my trust and business.

I went in to get my watch band sized. It was a small adjustment. They where great! They took care of me and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It was so little work they did not even charge me! What great service. I can’t wait to bring back a couple other watches that need some real work!

I recently met with Sam Yampell to purchase and design a custom engagement ring. After setting a budget, I described what I was dreaming up as the perfect ring. From there, I was given options and suggestions to consider to make the most of what I was working with. After making selections, a wax mold was made and I got to see what my ring would look like.
I was impressed! After approving it, I was able to have the ring made and ready in time for the drop-​date and propose without a hitch. Communication throughout the whole experience was great and they kept me informed as to what the next steps would be.
The designer himself, Bear, produced a ring that was better than what was in the selection books, and even better than I had imagined. He’s a master at his craft and I have the confidence to go back for more custom work such as a pendant or bracelet for her. If you’re shopping for jewelery and need something special, definitely give these guys a shot.
The result of my experience is I now have a gorgeous finace wearing a phenomenal engagement ring. The reaction she gets is nothing short of «Wow!» every time she shows it off. I had issues with the way my wedding band fit around my engagement ring for years and thought I would have to replace my band.
I read great reviews on this store so I decided to see if they could redesign the ring and save it. Instead the jeweler suggested an adjustment to the band and an hour later I had a perfect fit! The repair was flawless and I am extremely happy that I was able to keep my original set.
The staff was very friendly and helpful too. My husband and I enjoyed chatting with them. I could tell it is a family business since they took their time and listened to my concerns. The fact that they have been around for so long made me feel very comfortable.

I have to agree with the reviews below — I’ve gone to them on several occasions for simple watch batteries (and a more major repair) and most recently for a custom designed ring — which they did in house — I think most places send these out to be done, but they worked with me and took the time to really understand what I was looking for and I ended up with a really awesome ring… I’ve recommended them to my entire family!
