Landlord was out of state and the dishwasher broke. Feeling like I needed to get the best bang for their buck, I researched Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy.
The 3 big boxes struck out on delivery and installation — Home Depot & Best Buy would take 3 – 4 weeks! Lowes would take 2 – 3 weeks to get the unit in stock, but told me they’d fired their installer so I’d be on my own as far as getting it up & running.
The guys at Sears knew their product, honored the sales price from the week before (that we’d missed while communicating with the landlords), and installer Todd was professional, quick, intelligent, and courteous.
Would I buy from them again with my own money? Hell yes!!!
