Let me just say for this to be the only chicken place for about 5 miles in any direction from the heart of western center this place is a joke. As others have said it’s almost never clean and good luck ever getting grilled chicken, hot wings or a fresh pot pie. I cannot believe how terrible the service at this place is and nothings changed its the same people and same service .I will no longer even consider going here I’d rather drive completely out of my way then continue to give these guys any of my money.

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty!
KFC has the best fried chicken and I so wish this place would do a deep cleaning so I can eat the chicken and not be totally grossed out! The customer service was good so I don’t get why the place is so disgusting! Rating two stars because the chicken is good.

Last time I visited this location i ordered the 8 piece bucket at the drive through window. When I arrived home to eat it I realized every piece of chicken was burnt!

Filthy. Went in for take out and the tables were dirty. There were numerous flys on tables and order counter. Someone had spilled a cherry filled drink on the counter and all over the floor in front of the only open register and no one seemed to care. Several customers in front of us told cashier about the mess and the danger of someone slipping and he did nothing to tell anyone to clean it up. We waited for over 8 minutes for our food and nobody cleaned tables or the drink mess. There was an attendant that walked through the table area and pushed in chairs but made no attempt to clean anything.
Would not return to this location again. Would have given it zero stars but one star is the lowest you can go.
Staff was friendly but unresponsive to anything that clean the place up.

While, as others have noted, the place wasn’t spotless, it wasn’t horrible either. Considering it was immediately after the lunch hour and there precisely two (count them — 1, 2) employees in the whole place, it’s about what I would expect.
The one employee I could see, putting forth a valiant effort to service both the front register and drive through, was sufficiently pleasant bordering on friendly, which was mildly surprising given the constant flow of customers.

Filthy Restaurant
I was in the mood for KFC and this restaurant was on my way. Made the mistake of walking in. Made the mistake of using the restroom, which clearly hasn’t been cleaned this year. Yeah, you read that right. And hey, the employees use this and then prepare your food. Disgusting.
Got to looking around the place. The tables have been wiped down but not cleaned. There’s a nasty, greasy film all over the tables and counters. The bin holding straws was so dirty, I didn’t even want to touch it, let alone retrieve a straw.
The only people I recommend check this place out are from the Health Department!

It’s official. After not attempting to get to go from this store for several months we broke down for the second try. Never again!!! Ordered white meat crispy real simple. Received 2 pieces of dark meat that was old and dry. Please save yourself the agony and don’t go to this store on western center. They have real issues. The biggest issue is serving edible chicken and then filling the order correctly.

Worst KFC ever! It is 845pm and they are out of mashed potatoes. The last time I was here they didn’t have any chicken tenders. They have very unprofessional people that work here. How are you out of chicken and mashed potatoes!?!

Holy crap have things changed at this location. Have been there about 5 times since my last review. They don’t ever seem to be out of food. The negative attitude seems to have disappeared from the employees.
