I just went in and was greeted by a gentleman (didn’t catch his name), he asked what style I was looking for, dress casual was agreed on, he said what do you wear, 11 inch? Yep. He brought out two pairs and I chose 1.
He knew what he was talking about, he «read» his customer and made a boring task of buying shoes quick and pleasant.
Highly recommend and we will be returning.

In a town that is being rapidly given over to Walmarts and Targets with their plastic shoes and disposable clothes, Brown’s is an unexpected delight. The store is stocked with good quality leather shoes and classic staples like ugg boots (I’m Australian) and Birkenstocks. I hope business is good for these guys — it would be a tragedy for Hanford if they went out of business like many independent retailers in town.
