I have been going to all stores and resturant s for about 30years. Nails done at face place. Where owner brings her dog into a human spa which I disagree with for health issues and cleanses also lots of groups sitting there for hours with bibles and are rude to other customers. One person brings in a pet sits in dinning area. Bathrooms are dirty. And place looks out dated. Being a customer for that long. I see that changes need to be done update the mall make it more shopping eating establishment. Not a sit around gossip cafeteria atmespher. And they should not be people sitting for hours about bibles trying to get people into there church I see gossip in customers people not feeling welcome like old days. I feel same way. Food is ok. Cappuccino at Gunthers is good. And raviolis in paccini, s they are friendly. But very rude customers in there. Changes would be of help to your establishment. Then I will continue to come back.

I love the Cedar Café and would give that 4 stars, on the other hand Gunther Tooties which is also located inside Merchant’s Row, is awful and is the reason why I could only give this place two stars. I went into Gunther Tooties today with both my mother and sister to grab an iced coffee and a bagel and not only was the iced coffee extremely watered down, my bagel was burned and stale. I took a bite into my burned bagel and the veggie cream cheese tasted as if it had gone bad. I went back and politely asked the male manager if he could fix my order, he rolled his eyes and when he gave me back a new iced coffee he rudely retorted«if our coffee isn’t good enough for you go back to Starbucks.» I was absolutely stunned! I’ve never had such awful customer service and I will certainly not be going back!!!

While the Merchant’s Row Mall’s stores do not particularly appeal to my demographic(I am a 26 year old guy) I can’t help but appreciate it’s unique charm and 2 excellent restaurants and a coffeehouse. If you don’t like the shops you may still enjoy walking around this mall, taking the glass elevator and admiring the quirky architecture(both inside and out)

This used to be a cool place to hang out when they had a bakery/café. Together they had Cedar’s Café(mediterranean place where you can get a wrap), Pacini’s(Italian take-out), and a bakery/café. Now the bakery/café’s gone and they have Gunther Tootie’s bagels. Gunther Tootie’s is great, but there’s another bagel place right across the street. And Pacini’s was much better before the Greeks took over, but that’s another story.
